We booked based on photos and reviews. But upon arrival there were some nuances that were disappointing.
The room is very worn out, the walls are scratched, the curtains are very dirty, the bathrooms are left with someone else's hair, the dishes are all unwashed, there is plastic, rust and mildew almost everywhere. We couldn’t immediately connect Wi-Fi, we couldn’t adjust the TV sound, the children were extremely upset. The location is ok

Air cond at living room was defective. Unbearable during these few days when weather was so hot. Ended up we had to check out earlier to soak ourselves in air cond malls. Heater at common bathroom was also not functioning properly. Water was still hot even though the dial of instant heater was set to “off”. We had to turn on both shower heads/taps to mix the hot and cold water ourselves. No hand soap was provided even though Covid taught us to be mindful of hygiene
