Nice place to stay.

Good location, convenient for public transportation, shopping and dining. Although the hotel is old, it has complete facilities and good service. The breakfast is especially worthy of praise. It not only has a buffet, but also includes different types of freshly baked typical English breakfast, which is great value for money.

The beautiful woman at the front desk helped carry the luggage to the room (no elevator). The room was relatively small, the classical design was very comfortable, and everything else was very good. The minibar had many varieties and was not expensive, the bedding was very good, and the shower was powerful. We just encountered a heat wave these days and the air conditioner is not working well. It takes a little over half an hour to walk to Hampton Court Palace (passing through Bushy Park), then take the R68 bus back to see the Arts Center, stroll along the Thames, have a beer and walk back again. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the community. You can have lunch in the hotel garden restaurant. We also went to Bar Estilo to eat tapas and The Adelaide to drink Pimms. It was a leisurely three days. Recommended to friends who want to experience life leisurely before going home after visiting London.
