It costs 8 or 9 pounds to take a taxi from the hotel to the subway during off-peak hours and 18 or 19 pounds during busy hours. Amazing spot close to.london. is not f or couples is for family. lot.of.kids there placing in the pool as playground. Don't recomend te pool area.

It was clear that they were understaffed. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to check into our room because it was not ready. Food was not served quickly - we had to ask waiters to get us drinks (they initially told us to order our own drinks at the bar). Other couples were given tables ahead of us even though we were waiting in line first. Overall poor service for the whole weekend. The amenities are great - good food, leisure facilities and spa.
