Здравствуйте.
Проживал в этом отеле на протяжении 6 дней. Отель расположен за пределами города Техачапи рядом с железной дорогой. Отсюда два недостатка: первое - вся инфраструктура располагается в городе; и 2 - поезда слышно довольно хорошо. В памятке при заселении указано, что уборка номера и замена постельного белья и полотенец осуществляется каждые 3 дня. На практике - пока не попросил об этом никто убираться не пришел. Да и уборка была посредственной... гель для душа, который у меня закончился, никто так и не обновил...

The room is fairly clean the floors in the bathroom when we stepped out of the shower and used to towel to wipe up the water, the towels brownish color. Outside the building could’ve been better, but it actually is kind of hard. It was all dirt because of the construction that was going on next-door. The staff did try to accommodate in. We’re pretty good.

The water pressure for a shower disappeared right after getting soap all over. No water other than dripping. Had to towel off soap. Asked for manager. She called when I was busy. Hasn’t called back after I returned her call

The staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean. There isn’t much place to walk your pets and some people didn’t pick up their dogs business but it was pretty good overall.
