Very good hotel. One bedroom apartment is so good. The best breakfast I've ever had.

The breakfast is really delicious and they give you a lot of free cola and water in the room.

The hotel is definitely worth staying in when visiting Tehran! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and well-maintained and cleaned thoroughly each day. The breakfast is very nice. My only suggestion is sometimes the staff in the cafe can be inattentive but they make up for it with great coffee and food items!

This is really a nice place to be in Tehran. The hotel accommodations are comfortable. There is a Gym, Hammam and sauna space. Look well for the opening schedule as they are different for men or women. The restaurant is great and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. It is located in the north part of Tehran and that implies being in the traffic jam for visiting the centre of the city.

I booked a specific room and paid in advance but at the time of check in, the room was given away to someone else. Instead, I was given a room facing the parking lot with broken AC. The following day, I switch my room however one of my packages was either misplaced or stolen when they transferred my stuff to the new room. I brought up the issue to the management and he insured me that he will either find the missing package or reimburse me. At the time of check out, they called a hotel worker who pleaded us not to ask for reimbursement otherwise he had to pay the hotel. I found the whole approach completely unacceptable since I was dealing with a hotel and not an individual. The new room has basic standard. Half of the bathroom sink is stuck in the corner of shower stall. The breakfast is complimentary however the staff need better training. When I asked for tea, the staff showed me the tea pot and said you can get it yourself. I personally stay away from this property. There are too many issues and above all, missing/theft issues.

Big room, comfortable bed, good wifi but... - Breakfast was slightly better than in other hotels in Tehran I stayed but, definitely, it is far from what I would expect - Room was on the ground floor, near to bar/café and restaurant, so a bit noisy - Room with no window - No gym

Beyond the disproportionate cost for Iranian standards, it is definitely a kitsch hotel with vulgar furnishings. We see references to ancient Persia of dubious taste. Beyond this, the staff has nothing to do with Iranian hospitality, if they are polite it is only because they want a large tip (personally it was practically forced on me). Good rooms and cleanliness, but everything takes second place if you have a service of this type. Never to see each other again.

Beautiful lobby The hotel is close enough to the exhibition center Very good restaurant of Iranian cuisine The rooms are not new, the cleanliness is average The room has a small kitchen area The windows of room 209 overlook the well!!! I absolutely do not recommend!!! The room has a small terrace, but very dirty. You can smoke everywhere in the hotel, for this reason the room is terribly smoky!!!

The main attraction of modern Mumbai. A combination of excellent architectural design, exquisite interior, excellent service and well-chosen staff, convenient location, unusual history of occurrence and the embodiment of a bold idea of a famous Indian businessman.
