The breakfast was limited in variety, no towels in the bath, no taxi arrangements as requested in advance, toilet paper available, if asked if I would stay again I would say no

Good location. Walk-in distance to two-lines metro station.
The breakfast is the most humble one I ever had in my entire life!
Having booked a 3-night stay, but no cleaning service at all!

This was the cheapest hotel I could find on trip.com. So, I did not have much expectation. The old guy at the reception was rude.
Staff were not so helping.
