I traveled with my family to kanatal and it was my biggest mistake to book this hotel. We booked the suite room but the room was anything but a suite. When we entered the lobby was shady, inside the room our toilet flush was not working, there were insects all over the floor because of which we did not even opt for the extra bedding, food was absolutely terrible, even their TV was not working when we raised our complains to the manager he did get the flush fixed but can you imagine our disappointment that after paying SUCH A HIGH PRICE FOR A HOTEL this is what you get welcomed to. We didnt even eat at the property we went to some other hotel to eat. Not only that we even checked out of this hotel one day early even after paying the full price just imagine the level of disappointment.

The rooms were uncleaned, we got them cleaned once we arrived. Washroom's jet was damaged so this was also replaced. All this took almost 2 to 3 hours for us to check in, into our room. Staff is courteous but limited in number so the service is very slow. Limited options in Breakfast buffet and the food is ok ok, moreover ala carte is expensive and not worth it. There is problem of mosquitoes and other insects as we booked valley view rooms with balcony.

This is newly constructed property in kantal. Room sizes are pretty good with himalaya view. Food is nicely prepared. One can consider this property while travel-ling to kantal or dhanaulti

We travelled for the first time with our 1 year old kid by road to this place form NCR…the stay was really nice..the kid njoyed a lot the views and roaming around in the open place.
