Mesmerising views,Smiling faces, Delicious cuisines,helpful, courteous,cooperative,polite and soft spoken staff few of whom I remember KIRAN Yoga instructor,SHIVAN Chef,Rohit, PAWAN and PRABAL at the front desk,Ankit in Play area made our trip a memorable one.

Arshdeep was really helpful in making the trip memorable Would definitely like to visit again. Rooms had a majestic view. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was good. Asian cuisine in dinner, I say it’s must try. Chef was courteous enough to make dish on demand.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great. Shailendra Singh housekeeping manager took great care of our room and he did excellent turn-down service. The rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend it for your stay. And the special Thanks to Mr Meheshwar from JW Cafe as he was generous and dedicated towards his work and also kept on personally attending us for dinner and breakfast requirements.

This property mesmerises you as you reach simply due to its location, the view is fabulous. It’s also a sprawling property with lovely rooms and various restaurants. It’s SPA is lively and you have all facilities you can think about. Staff is absolutely helpful and you have to say it and they will make it happen for you. Restaurants are all good and you will have to stay long enough to experience it all. Try to take a room with distant hill view, it’s worth paying extra for it.

Stationed in the midst of the Queen of the Hills, JW Marriott Mussoorie is an epitome of serenity in nature’s lap. A stroke of brilliance is added by their hospitality, a signature of the Indian ethos; for us, it was led by Deepika Butola (Front Office Executive). Her demeanour reflected the responsibility she felt towards her guests; courteous in approach, receptive to our words and steadfast in addressing our requests, made me & my family feel at home.
