Service wise, one of the best hotels I ever stayed. The staff was attentive, friendly and even the cats and dogs on the premises are well taken care off, so the guests are really spoiled

There are many types of hotel rooms, distributed in various places, and almost none of them are the same. Both cave and stone have a good experience, and the decoration is quite innovative. There are two restaurants. The quality of the restaurants can only be said to be average, the prices are still high, and overall they are not as good as restaurants in small towns. The breakfast is rich and there are many waiters. I went there in the off-season and there were more waiters than guests.

We had a wine tasting booked at Argos for 18 people for a hen party, paid in advanced and benn told our time is 4-6Pm, 60 Euros each person ! It was around 5:10 pm that they asked us to leave our table to shift upstairs saying they have given us two bottles of complimentary wines and a set up in the rooftop, as soon as we went upstairs, they removed all the nibbles and our half glass wine glasses and we found out there was not place for all of us to sit, they they offered us to sit at the lobby instead ! Before Moving us, we ordered two bottles of wine which never arrived either ! We had to go up and down a few times in hope of finding a spot to fit us all ! Although we paid for two hours, we were walking almost 45 minutes standing ! We never understood why they didn't let us sit till 6 pm and why they moved us But we were told they had another reservation at 6 pm ! We paid for two hours and we literally didn't even enjoy one hour of the wine tasting It was an event with our friends before a wedding and they ruined it for everyone Don't recommend the wine tasting there, it's tricky and doesn't worth the money
