Very nice experience. Everything was perfect. The view and panorama from my room was spectacular. I could see the balloons at sunrise directly from my room :) I fully recommend it. I will be back very soon. Thanks to the staff for their kindness.

Otelin yeri konumu çok güzel, çalışanlar güler yüzlü çok güzel karşılandık. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetli. Temizlik konusunda biraz daha ön planda olabilir. Her gün oda toparlanıyor fakat yeterli değil. Temizlik eksik. Genel olarak ortalamanın üstünde.

Hotel DUVEN...INCREDIBILE! Non ho parole per descrivere lo meraviglioso che e' questo albergo. Giusto di fronte al Castello di Uchisar, il punto piu alto della Cappadocia. Consiglio vivamente la stanza deluxe perché e' un sogno: confortevole, con un letto XXL morbido con baldacchino di tulle, e una finestra enorme a quatro o cinque ante che era riempita con l'incommensurabile panorama. Il bagno doppio, con toilette e tanti di quei belli prodotti per la belleza personale. Per non parlare di quella colazione gustosissima, arricchita di mermelate, prodotti di pasticeria fatte al momento di essere consumate, un profumo INCREDIBILE di pane e focaccie appena sfornate👨🍳 Il ristorante poi sulla terrazza per gustare insalate, panini o deliziozi frappe'. Lo staff accogliente, umano, empatico col turista. Tutti i sensi fatati, ammaliati come lo e' tutta Cappadocia. Verso la sera ce' di fronte all 'albergo un posticino per bere qualcosa in compagnia di Bob Marley, incomparabile. Tutta la zona di giorno e di notte si riempe di vita con mercattini, bar e música. Un posto inolvidabile. Non mi credete? Guardate le fotografie...Peccato che i profumi, la música degli uccelli che annidano proprio li, o dell'asino che ogni tanto participa alla magia di questo posto dovrete venir qui per palpitarli ...

Location : The location is great but the hotel is noisy. Indeed, there is a rooftop with music and it is may be too high if you want to be quiet after a long day of activity. Room : We were in a standard room and It is a standard room. Nothing really to say about that except that we were surprised that the room is not clean everyday (the 2nd day the cleaning girl come and we had to ask for new towels.. it seems that it was not planed). The bed is ok. Breakfast : No continental breakfast.. you have to ask for coffee or juice. However, becareful.. Americano/Expresso are not including - only Turkish Coffe - and the info is not provided by the waitress. You have to pay 150TL (near 4euros) for that and fresh juice is not including as well. Breakfast start late at 8:30.. not very practical for early morning people or if you flight is early. We asked when we arrived if something can be done due our to the early living. The people at the reception agreed but unsupprisingly, nothing was ready when we do the check out. Overall : Activites : very cool choice. We did the red tour and it was a nice experience. However, you pay more if you pay by card. They said is due to bank charge.. not very fair from my point of view. People : don’t expect people to smile.. don’t expect them to say hello as well. They look pretty busy with their smartphone. Globally : we didn't choose this hotel, it was part of the agency package. However, I really dunnot recommend this hotel.

Üçhisar Kalesi'nin hemen yanında, ulaşımı çok kolay, merkezi bir noktada, manzarası direk vadiye bakıyor, odalar yeterince geniş, ferah ve temiz. Sabah erken uyanırsanız otelin terasından ya da kaldığınız odanın(eğer vadiye bakıyorsa) penceresinden ya da otele 1-2 dk yürüme mesafesindeki kalenin yanından balonları izleyebilirsiniz. Kapadokya için fiyat performans olarak da beklentimizin üstünde geçti her şey. Kahvaltıları yeterli ve kaliteli. Çalışanlar ilgili. Otopark konusu biraz sorun yaratabilir, kale nedeniyle yoğun bir insan ve araç trafiği olabilecek bir noktada ama biz konaklama boyunca direk otelin önünde yer bulabildik. Otel işletmecisi Barış Bey'e de otele ilk girişte bizzat karışılaması, konaklama boyunca ilgisi ve gezilecek/görülecek yerler ile aktivite önerileri için ayrıca çok teşekkürler. Herkese iyi tatiller.

Otele gitmedim ama bugün Hausekeeping çalışanlardan birinin yola kirli su dökmesine şahit oldum yola bile bakmadan kirli suyu turistlerin üzerine dökmesi çok sorumsuz bir haraketti 2 dakika öncesinden aracımı oraya çeksem şuan berbat haldeydi böyle sorumsuz çalişanlarin çalişmasi böyle turistik bir alanda hele çok mantıksız umarım yorumum kaide alınıp önem gosterilir

Otele girdiğimiz andan itibaren sıcakkanlı bir karşılama oldu. Otel işletmecisi Barış bey, tavsiyeleriyle bizi çok güzel yönlendirdi. Otel sıcacık, tertemiz, her ayrıntı özenle seçilmiş. Kahvaltıları harika, cafe-barın ve terasın manzarası muhteşem. Konumu çok iyi. Tüm otel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü, işlerinin hakkını veriyorlar. Bayramda geldiğimiz için odamıza bayramlık ikramlar bırakılmıştı, ince bir düşünce, çok mutlu olduk. Uçhisarın da ayrı, büyüleyici bir havası var. Şiddetle tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi otelin manzarası süperdi oda da ***et güzeldi fakat kahvaltıdaki personelin tutumu çok çirkindi.Toplamda dört beş masaya hizmet eden bir otelin bir günaydından aciz suratsız,bişeyleri getirirken hayır işler edasıyla getiren bir personelle hizmet vermesi üzücü ve bu tavrı kişisel çünkü diğer masadaki yabancı turistlerle aynı tutumu sergilemiyor.O yüzden birdaha konaklamam.
