The hotel overall is okay. The location is good. It is located in a beautiful building. The breakfast is delicious. The environment is quiet and there are few people.
Disadvantages: I had paid the entire amount in advance when booking with Ctrip. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to pay again with my credit card. After I reminded the staff repeatedly, they found the payment record and processed the refund. Currently, the credit card has not been refunded. Continuing to pay attention and there is no apology from the front desk, which is a bit disappointing
The hotel facilities are a bit shabby. There are better and more value-for-money options in Tel Aviv at the same price.

We decided on a weekend getaway from the kids … Scheduled a weekend at the Elkonin hotel in Tel Aviv . The hotel itself is at a wonderful location , and the rooms are extremely nice and high tech oriented . The main problem and the only reason it didn’t get a 5 star was the service . With a long list of falling short of a service that befits the hotel ranking . Breakfast is limited , and the waiters are nice but unprofessional, failing at almost every aspect. Bring the food for one person 15 min before bringing the food to another on the same table , empty salters , no sugar replacement on the table and when asked for some , we got it hand delivered 2 bags of sweet and low 10 min later . The room service arrives when we are in the room and didn’t come back when we left it . When we asked for our room to be cleaned the water bottles weren’t replaced but one of the pillows disappeared…. The pool area is small without beds just sofas , and unless you have a toddler that forced you to wake up at 7 and go to the pool , don’t count on finding a chair or a sofa there . My recommendation to the hotel is to have a staff manger present to monitor and train the staff . The little things matter . All in all a lovely stay but not up to par with the other high ranking hotels .

Elkonin Tel Aviv is an incredible treasure. Alex, the manager, and the rest of the staff are super helpful and accommodating. The property is pristine and the design is spot on. The hotel is in a perfect location too.

This hotel has immense potential. The modern building rooms are beautiful with the floor to ceiling windows and ocean views. The breakfast was good (but not up to par with other hotels in the area at similar rates), and unfortunately during our visit the pool was closed. The location of this hotel is the best there is in TLV, you’re right in the middle of everything that matters. It’s quiet and yet bustling area with all the best restaurants and places around. 10-15min walk to the beach too.
The staff is very polite and helpful, and generally there is a serene feel and good vibes. On the first day we had a bit of an awkward and frustrating check in experience, but it was corrected by the staff.

The hotel is very welcoming with staff who are always attentive, nothing is left to chance. We spent one night at Elkonin in a Deluxe room which was very spacious and functional. We will be happy to return in the summer season to take full advantage of all the hotel amenities (swimming pool, spa, restaurant).

The hotel is very charming, nothing is left to chance by the attentive staff. The room is very functional even if the bathroom is a little too large compared to the room itself but still very pleasant. We were disappointed by the breakfast which was not at the level of what it was during our last visit in July. I highly recommend the Elkonin hotel!

The whole experience, not just the property, was amazing. From the moment my husband and I arrived, the staff has explained everything and was very nice and friendly. In addition, the breakfast was very delicious, especially the special dessert we received from the staff. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and hope to return once the pool is open

Terrible service! don't get close We booked seats in their restaurant, got there after paying a credit deposit and they confirmed our arrival! They said there is no restaurant and it is a mistake in the kitchen and it is closed today. No compensation is given! be away!!!

Fantastic experience, I totally recommend the brunch and the spa. The hotel is beautiful and extremely well located in the heart of the city. The service was excellent and the overall stay was truly relaxing and comfortable.
