I stayed 1 night at this hotel, together with my wife during our trip to Georgia in June. The hotel is nice and clean, with an attractive pool at the core. We enjoyed especially having dinner at the 5th floor (a terrace) overlooking the surrounding mountains. The hotel is not far from the city center (about 800 m) which allowed us nice walks from the hotel. The room was comfortable but lacked sound insulation, which means that one could hear everything from the surrounding rooms, including the toilet flush… Other annoying “feature” is that it seems that in Georgia they have no concept of window shades (all the hotels we stayed at, including this one had no window shades, which means that one wakes up at 5:30 a.m. with the daylight). Apart from that, the environment around is rather quiet and the swimming pool is very good. One other thing that the hotel could improve: we understand that alcoholic and soft drinks should be paid. But not having a complementary bottle of water for the guests is not friendly at all.

I was with my friends in April 2024. We did not enjoy the hotel at all. From Instagram pictures it looked fancy but reality was different. 1. Wifi was not working in the room 2. Bathroom door couldn’t be locked 3. Dirty swimming pool, cold water inside 4. TV was not working

This is a total disaster. We booked hotel and when we arrived were told that Telavi Inn doesn't work with **********. Hotel staff doesn't speak English. Hotel is old and outdated. They didn't even looked at my ID not check the reservation number. I spent over hour calling ********** and arguing with hotel staff just to be thrown out.
Do not go there!!! This is barely 2 star motel

Hotel is a bit hard to find. There is onsite parking which is free. Check in was smooth. The rooms were nice in terms of decoration/size/modern-ness (very fragrant with some kind of perfume). Everything was functional. There as a lift which was nice.
Cons: very few towels and bad quality, pool was advertised but was filthy and not kept up (they said they keep it up in summer but it was mid-September), pool also had cracked tiles/missing tiles (our kiddo insisted on still splashing about in the shallow end up to his knees), lots of strange guys hanging out in the lobby who seem to be friends with the receptionist and awkward to use the pool knowing they are probably staring, expensive for what you get, showers need doors rather than being open or you get a big mess on the floor.
The rooms are huge but air con unit is only on one side. It was September so was okay but probably hot in the summer.
I would not recommend. For the price it is not worth it. Hotels a third of the price were much better. Now we know for next time!

Clean and new property. Rooms were adequate, however two points worth mentioning 1) Poor access and difficult to find even with Google maps, 2) Terrible internet. Gave up and used phone data itself.
