We visited 5 cities in Czechia, and this was by far the nicest place that we stayed at (and it also happened to be the least expensive!). The room was very clean and spacious. Location is right on the square, so some noise was to be expected, but it was at an acceptable level. There was a great view of the square right from our room! The booking included breakfast which was a typical Czech breakfast of breads, cheese, and meat. There was so much food that we were able to make sandwiches to bring along with us! I'd highly recommend staying here.
