The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the service is very good.

Extremely high levels of noise at all times. Management needs to do better in addressing this issue and also being transparent with guests. You will feel like you’re in a bad music festival during your entire stay .Senior management need to look into this further, as the room prices are on the higher end for the area so this is highly unacceptable. There also need to have good client relations managers as the current staff seem to be clueless about solutions to the noise

I am currently staying here for a conference. I don't know whose great idea it was to use the hotel pool area as a makeshift club. This means from your room, particularly those facing the pool area, you hear so much noise to the point of getting a headache. The singers and band are horrible and extremely loud. Please please management, this amount of noise pollution in a hotel charging almost 200USD nightly in a part of Ghana that is not even the center is absolutely senseless. Guests cannot get any peace and quiet. The staff at the hotel are completely clueless on how to address noise complaints happening in their own hotel as a result of a "live band" they hired. They will tell you the music will stop "shortly". Shortly is 5 hours. Next day it continues. Say goodby to any hopes of sleeping at night or sleeping in. My one regret is not reading the booking reviews properly as previous customers highlighted how bad the noise was. Please stay away

Increadible housekeeping, especially by Veronica. super clean!! I Highly reccomend the hotel. Very clean beddings. Huge bathtubs. Lots of space available in the rooms and public space nice swimming and well equipped Gym. Good Desmond.

Room was always efficiently cleaned. The cleaner veronica, was really nice and helpful. Room was always spot on. Fresh bed sheets every morning is the best way to wake up. Clothes were folded after every visit and that is a sign of quality service.

Veronica and Thomas were very professional and perfect in there job, it was an awesome experience to behold and I always look forward to visiting Alisa hotels tema anytime I have an engagement in Ghana. Public area attendants are the best and I like the environment.

Environment is neat and decent.house keeping is top notch. Veronica and the housekeeping team was great at her task. I really found their service commendable.
