This hotel is DA BOMB! Rooms are big, staff are friendly. It's a pretty new hotel actually. Good location. View from hotel room is awesome!

I loved the property. But this is definitely a college town and you see that with the caliber of staff. Where the property is clean and beautiful the area outside the property is dirty, smelly and over run with homeless. If you stay here just stay on the property.

I enjoyed my stay and experience of the hotel. The only issue was the sound of traffic and horns blowing late into the night from my room.

The great architecture was unfortunately ruined by the snotty blonde woman working at the desk who was nasty to me when I asked about parking and gave me no info about elevator location, check out, etc. No ice machine. Parking was a complete disaster. Didn't feel safe here on multiple occasions there were screaming homeless people underneath our window. Other than that, it was great

Service was amazing!!! So clean and updated! They are on top of every detail, including the pool bathroom was dry and clean every time I used it! Doors were opened for you! 10/10

The Omni is a new hotel. Clean and nicely laid out. HOWEVER, The computer systems were down for our entire stay. That meant upon check in we had to be taken to our rooms by a front desk employee to open the doors. Eventually we got keys. Had to pay for valet separately. Had to hand write our credit card information on a paper form. And then 2 weeks later we got notification from LifeLock that the Omni was part of a databreach! Our information was breached. Incredible. The entire Omni systems department needs to be replaced!
Despite the inconveniences at no time were we offered any acknowledgement of the inconvenience. A cup of coffee? Free valet? Something? Won’t be back anytime soon.

No onsite parking. Valet only $$$ (slow even if you call ahead ) rooftop restaurant limited food selection. Lobby area food much better. Not a good location for scenic views of downtown or mountains anywhere in the hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Lots of street noise from below. We had rooms on F11 and F17. Probably better choices if you’re in town for vacation. Not sure it lives of the the best Omni experience

Everyone of the staff we met was wonderful. One could say they appeared to be genuinely happy that we were there. You can’t train that. Happy staff, happy customer.
