Staff were great pre check in and check out. Late check in not so welcoming. As a woman on her own with a teenager I wasn’t feeling too good about walking a few minutes away in a desolate area, to park my car in a quiet and dark multi story car park.
A valet service for checking in this late and parking would be nice. I felt unsafe walking back to the hotel alone.

It was very nice and clean. My room was near the road, and we can hear the noise of the cars. Also, I think the breakfast was expensive with not many options.

Jordan and Victoria in the restaurant/bar were excellent. Great customer service and attentive!! They were expedient and delightful. If I were to recommend a hotel because of customer service, they would be something that attracts me back to the hotel.

I have to say -- I was in a pinch when I showed up at the AC Hotel after dinner the night we checked in.... JORDAN was the best. She really was patient with my cousin and me and found us rooms next door to each other so that my cousin could work during the day while I was out at my conference in Scottsdale. Every day she had a smile on her face, was being productive and made sure we were having a good stay. The entire staff was nice but she was a great intro to the AC Hotel by Marriott. The location was also really nice and allowed for time-out walks along the water.

Connie is an amazing bartender made the best amaretto sour ! Great customer service wonderful person to talk to :) a true personalized experience. Thank you Connie for the wonderful drink and great conversation. You know how to make great drink ! Her attention to detail is perfect
