The location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful.
How the AC unit is kind of loud inside the room and I couldn't completely turn it off with the control panel on the wall.

The check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. When we had trouble sleeping because of the traffic on one side of the hotel, they immediately moved us to a nice room on the other side, which was wonderfully quiet. Nice pool, nice gym, nice business center. Plenty of parking for free. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

This was a great stay for the price. The pool ans hot tub are nice and there is a laundry room connected to the gym and pool area. New meaning for GTL 😆

As a person with a disability who has stayed at many Hilton and loves the Hilton beds, this one was a fail. The bathroom also was a fail. In fact, it was very lackluster. The air conditioning unit is quite loud as well.

This hotel did not offer if I wanted breakfast with my stay. Most hotels come with breakfast including. I don’t think I will go back to this hotel again.

Our team meeting was scheduled for July in Phoenix, but we didn't have a place to meet. Since everyone was staying at the HGI we decided to rent a conference room at the hotel. This was honestly the best decision because we didn't have to go anywhere, and our meeting was catered with breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The Sales Manager Carnetta was even able to get us a dinner reservation downtown that previously had no openings!

We enjoy our time in the hotel, but we requested the housekeeping service in the morning and the person in charge that day was able to clean my room after the 3pm when I called them at 8am
