酒店內的一切都很好，在入住前有接到酒店的電話同時也添加了酒店的工作微信。還有專門的旅行服務羣，旅行推薦這些很貼心，非常高效且細心，酒店環境也很好，每天的早餐都不一樣，客房服務也很好！房間環境衞生都很好！推薦入住！下次還會帶家人來！

高檔的温泉酒店，房間很大，設計有品味，私湯有獨立的區域，還帶喝茶休息的位置，很棒，酒店晚上開燈很好看，有一整個服務團隊，各司其職，特別是導遊小胖很熱心，我們這次來騰沖什麼攻略都沒做，所以從包車到景點到餐飲都是靠小胖推薦的，非常滿意

一個非常“細節”的酒店，在房間裏的每一個地方都能感覺到自己的想法被關照到了，比如洗手間配備了酒精濕巾和馬桶圈，擔心泡温泉衣服幹不了，有專門烘乾小件衣服的加熱板，每個房間都配了水等等。客服在我們還沒到騰沖就組建了微信羣，給我們提供那幾天在騰沖出行、餐飲的建議（雖然我們衹住了一天），甚至後面我們去保山了還給我們推薦了保山美食（售後這麼長）。帶着小朋友吃飯很受限制，但是小胖安利的都超級好吃！～接下來誇誇温泉吧：小朋友在水裡停留了不到五分鐘開始問我，什麼時候可以再來住😂迎賓小點的薰衣草餅乾非常好吃，迷迭香氣泡水簡直是泡温泉提神醒腦的神器。酒店的工作人員給我一種超高配大理的感覺，總而言之，這趟行程住在這裏非常值得，下次還來～（沒太拍照片，其實超級美～）

環境不錯，適合自駕過去，離古鎮和市區都有點距離。房間內有私湯，碳酸泉，前台小姐姐説是從荷花温泉拉回來的温泉水，泡完好舒服。

住過不少的酒店民宿，這是最好的一家，沒有之一！ 如果有預算的家人們，我嚴重推薦這家民宿酒店！一樣樣來跟家人們説一下他們的優點。
首先，三宅一屆，是指三個別墅自成一體，為之一屆。酒店裝修和傢俱都極具格調，非常有設計感。我對衞生間非常講究，他們的衞生間乾濕分離，燈也很亮堂，適合化粧人事慢慢捯持。衞生一級棒，衞浴沒有任何不舒適的地方。這家民宿我感覺老闆是有追求的人，軟硬裝修都無微不至，化粧間還有一個烘乾板，衣服掛在上面基本一晚就幹，非常貼心也適合泡温泉後泳衣烘乾。再來講講他們的私湯，真是一絕。空間大，池子很乾凈而且温泉水很舒服，温泉的獨立空間裝修有摩洛哥風格，拍照很出片，我們住的那天是雨天，雨天拍出來的照片也別有一番意境。最後來説説他們家的服務，他們的軟性服務真是捲到讓人驚訝，他們會給客人建個微信羣，裏面有管家和娛樂官，從入住和玩樂都有人管，還可以請娛樂官小胖幫忙訂位訂票啥的，非常周到的服務！早餐每天都不一樣，有西式套餐和中式套餐，入住兩天吃的不重樣，還有白粥，孩子肚子不舒服酒店提供白粥，真是很友好。 下次來我還住這家，家人們真心推薦！

很有設計感的酒店，服務很熱情，到位，想去哪裡都有推薦，並且非常及時！早餐很好吃，每天不重樣兒！房間有私湯和泡澡鹽。浴袍很厚實，泡完澡批着根本不用擔心會感冒。衞生也很乾凈。

國慶節去騰沖遊玩，抵達騰沖的第一晚選擇了三宅一界，從保山到騰沖後，酒店的接機司機已經在等候了，酒店路有點偏，但是進入酒店便別有洞天，服務生熱情地幫助拿行李、辦理入住手續，並端上咖啡、點心。酒店的主人據説是設計師，整個設計確實別出心裁：一樓是寬敞的公共客廳，南面是落地玻璃，下午的陽光射入客廳，明亮、温暖。房間很大，最引人注目的是房間外的大陽台上一個私湯浴池，水是騰沖的温泉水，我到騰沖的第一泡温泉便是在這裏實現，一邊泡着温泉一邊喝茶，陽台外的秋蟲低鳴，淅瀝瀝的雨滴落在紫荊花樹上，使人忘記忙碌的生活。酒店的床品也非常講究：床墊不軟不硬，一個乳膠枕頭非常適合，就連一次性洗漱用品都與眾不同。第二天的早餐也頗有特色，尤其是那碗米線非常不錯。早上離開酒店的時候，前台還派車把我們送到了和順古鎮。非常滿意的一次住宿。
