房間是木頭的房子。挺好的。床墊挺舒服的，房間也挺大的。空調也給力。停車也挺方便的。停車場到酒店幾十米路。服務員服務態度挺好的。

這家客棧性價比太高了吧，房間面積好大，住着很暢快舒服，老闆和管家小姐姐特別熱情，服務非常到位，幫忙提行李，又是做騰沖旅遊攻略，又是介紹性價比高的美食的，可認真了，有求必應，有時候都搞得我們很不好意思，真的太貼心了，還幫我們避了好多坑，院子很漂亮，房間乾淨衞生，真的是一次非常好的入住體驗。

從預訂這房間開始，就在我愉快的旅途中劃上了濃墨重彩的一筆，是敗筆。店裡員工打電話來確認，就像是查户口一樣的口吻，當時就感到不舒服，我選的是退房後付款房費，哪知道一覺醒來就收到了扣費訊息，這是什麼操作？！出去逛街收到來自店家的電話（沒接到）和平台訊息，催促詢問是續住還是退房並告知退房時間兩點，要留給阿姨打掃🧹房間的時間…我想着兩點要退房，專門訂了個⏰鬧鐘提前10分鐘收拾，結果店員跑來敲了一下門就直接打開了我的房門，退出去後就坐在房間門口守着，我是真的無法理解店家這種種操作，來旅行也住過其他客棧，老闆都非常非常好，不會在沒到退房時間就開始不斷催促客人，體驗感極差，非常影響心情。ps:床上被子一掀開，還有兩根頭髮，一根男生的一根女生的，旁邊床頭櫃上也有一根長頭髮，我都不想拍照📸了，還有上面寫的什麼管家一對一古鎮講解服務，根本就沒有，什麼服務都沒有。

路過心靈復甦的門口被吸引到了，進來小院很驚喜，讓我感到非常舒服，客房乾淨衞生，設施齊全，老闆和管家小姐姐很熱情，幫忙提行李，介紹古鎮景點，還幫忙做騰沖旅遊攻略，避了好多坑，還非常熱心的介紹性價比高又好吃的餐館，非常感謝！住的很開心，以後有機會還會再來，強烈推薦。

這個客棧的名字第一感覺很吸引我，網上看到説心靈復甦提供客人免費心理諮詢，感覺很哇塞，來住了兩天，體驗感非常好，床墊柔軟舒適，客房乾淨衞生，管家小姐姐更不用説了，又是幫忙拿行李，又是介紹古鎮景點的，有什麼問題也是及時迴應，服務態度和服務質量都特別好，給小姐姐點個贊！客棧很安靜，不像住在商業街的吵鬧，停車也方便，老在中堂坐着和小姐姐聊天，她還給我們泡茶喝。這是一次很開心的住宿體驗，會推薦給朋友噠！
