We stayed because they were pet friendly but we would absolutely come back on our own. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. There were a couple areas of cleanliness in the room they could improve on but we always bring wipes and wipe down the areas we found lacking quite easily. Otherwise, the room was adequate for two people and our two pups no question. The water pressure was great and the hot water more than enough. The hotel is a 8 room boutique both a beautiful courtyard with jackfruit (w/ fruit), banana trees and beautiful flowers we were not familiar with. They are well located with several eateries and small corner store within a couple blocks and the city center is just a shore walk away. There are multiple sit down restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and several bars starting at only 2 blocks with the famous La Capilla the home of the Batanga only about 3 blocks away. We are already looking at dates for a return in the next few months and hope there will be availability.

The property it self was nice. It didn’t have a fridge and didn’t have breakfast included over price it was literally just a room like your house do not expect hotel experience.

Es un hotel pequeño pero la propiedad en general esta bonita. Tienen una fuente rodeada de naturaleza que se presta para fotos. La suite no fue la gran cosa pero estaba cómodo. Nos tocó que el inodoro estuviera sucio de lo que parecía ser vómito... Estuvimos ahí 3 noches y ninguna de esas noches limpiaron el inodoro. Los dispensadores en la regadera no tienen etiqueta, entonces no hay manera de identificar cuál es el shampoo o el gel de ducha sin que le preguntes a alguién del personal. Dentro de la suite, tienen hojas por todo el cuarto con reglamentos... Se respetan sus reglamentos pero considero innecesario tapizar las puertas con tanto papel. El personal de recepción en general son atentos.

Mal trato del personal de recepción, el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel, lo puedes usar hasta las 7,si necesitas usar el auto tienes que avisar con anticipación y te quieren cobrar el estacionamiento o no te dejan salir.
Con la mínima mancha en las toallas te las cobran como nuevas ($500) o te hacen lavarlas ahí mismo.

Don’t stay at this property as soon as you get back they close their doors living you outside . Waiting about 20 min to get someone to open the door for you to get into your room. We had to find another place to stay. I am requesting my refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay at that hotel because of the their bad bad service.

Property is a good location near downtown, but the pillows were the worst ever . I just don’t understand how can you not spend $100 worth of new pillows for the rooms . It was terrible
