Ein sehr freundliches Team im Rahmen eines familiengeführtes Hotel hat uns einen wunderbahren Aufenthalt ermöglicht. Das Team (Empfang, Küche und Bedienung), Zimmerservice war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hoteleinrichtung ist neuwertig und voll funktionsfähig; also wirklich eine komfortable und solide Hoteleinrichtung. Der Schallschutz war perfekt, so dass auch ruhige Nächte garantiert sind. Das hausinterne Restaurant lieferte eine sehr gute Qualität. Das Frühstück ist ebenso reichhaltig und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Lage lädt ein zu Wanderungen in der direkten Umgebung, aber durch eine kurze Autofahrt (＜15 Min.) werden weitere Wanderrouten in der attraktiven Umgebung erschlossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel, dessen Leistung in Richtung Perfektion geht.

Hotel incantevole dove abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni magici. Estrema gentilezza e cortesia, attenzione ai minimi particolari per il cliente! Cibo ottimo, specialmente i prodotti offerti nella colazione, ma anche le meravigliose zuppe della cena e altro. Vista magnifica a 360°. Ci tornerò sicuramente se me ne capiterà l'occasione.

Das hat einen echten Erholungswert, auch wenn es nur ein Kurzurlaub war! Volle Sterne in allen Bereichen, kann man da nur schreiben. Selten ein Hotel gesehen, dass uns , vom 1. telefonischen Kontakt bis hin zum Checkout, so zugesagt hat. Selbst unsere Massagewünsche wurden für uns problemlos organsiert. Das nenn ich mal einen echten Service. Ausgezeichnete und frische Speisen, egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen, natürlich den Kuchen zum Kaffee darf man nicht vergessen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals steckt an. Man fühlt sich einfach willkommen und wird beim Abreisen auch zu seinem persönlichen Eindruck vom Hotel befragt. Einfach ein freundliches und familiäres Hotel.

Ciao a tutti, sono stato con la mia ragazza in questa struttura per passare un week sulla neve a febbraio e mi sono trovato veramente bene. Innanzitutto l' hotel si presenta con uno stile moderno ma mantenendo il suo fascino di hotel di montagna. Le camere sono enormi per non parlare del bagno che potrebbe essere tranquillamente un'altra stanza (la doccia con il lavandino in una stanza , WC w bidet in un 'altra) Pulizia e servizi ottimi . Personale molto gentile ,preparato e premuroso verso il cliente La colazione si presenta ricca e con molto scelta sia di dolce che di salato. Per quanto riguarda il menù si presentava vario e diverso dallo stile trentino con piatti diversi dalla tradizione ma ben preparati e curati. L'unica pecca la zona bar non troppo fornita .Diversi spazi sia all'esterno che all'interno per i più piccoli. Sicuramente lo consiglierei per chi volesse fare sia qualche giorno che una settimana, Si può anche pensare di lasciare giù la macchina e di usufruire dei mezzi pubblici visto la loro vicinanza alla struttura Da tornaci.

Seit längerem war ich nicht mehr in einem Hotel unter 4*. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer verführt mit modernem Design, Bedienung und Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, die Kuchen am Nachmittag hausgemacht und lecker, so auch das Abendessen. Herzliche und heimelige Atmosfähre. Man kann echt nicht klagen.

Confertevole e intimo, bella posizione, elegante, eravamo coppia con bambina, siamo stati bene, camera family grande e molto curata, bella, sempre pulita, colazione, merenda e cena sempre con buoni prodotti e vari. Lontano da soliti cliche e standard di grandi hotel family, chiassosi e sempre uguali, per chi cerca tranquillità e raffinatezza, e i bambini hanno i loro spazi giusti, giardino, giochi, piscina coperta, ma non opprimenti.

L'unica cosa triste.... è terminare la vacanza, ma un arrivederci consola! Tutto è curato, sobrio, elegante. Una festa che inizia dalla colazione con le varie prelibatezze (...miele di favo!), dalla merenda che ci accoglie al rientro pomeridiano, alla cena che conclude la giornata: sapori che non ti aspetti e piatti dalla preparazione fantasiosa. La sala da pranzo, così come le camere e i vari ambienti, si affacciano su di un panorama che ti fanno sentire parte di un paesaggio naif. E per il saluto, la famiglia Lechner ci dedica una bella citazione: "E il ritrovarsi dopo momenti o esistenze, è certo per coloro che sono amici" (Richard Bach). Grazie... a presto!
