Atendente da recepção no dia da saída grosseiro me acusando pela perda de uma jaqueta dentro do quarto do hotel - absurdo. Trouxe uma jaqueta de jeans que não foi encontrada na minha saída. Os quartos tem cheiro de mofo e as cortinas do quarto em que fiquei eram sujas , empoeiradas e muito antigas. O quarto reservado com cama de casal não estava adequado pois tinha cheiro muito forte de esgoto e o banheiro totalmente mofado e me transferiram a meu pedido para um quarto menos pior que contudo tinha duas camas de solteiro. Não aconselho a ninguém pela limpeza e conservação totalmente riuns e funcionários nada educados ou acolhedores ao lidar com cliente. Nota -1.

Hotel antigo, banheiro com vazamento tanto no chuveirinho quando pelas torneiras para fechar o registro, limpeza não tem, fechadura do quarto quebrada. Péssimo.

Hotel com bom custo benefício, centra da cidade e perto de tudo no centro histórico. Acho que precisar melhorar alguns pontos nos quartos, banheiros e na estrutura. De qualquer forma, me atendeu. O café é bem servido. Pessoal atende bem os hospedes.

O hotel é péssimo. Paguei quase 250 reais em um quarto cheio de mofo, cama velha, móveis velhos. O espelho do quarto que ficamos é velho todo estragado. Os estofados são fedidos. Foi uma experiência péssima desde a chegada até a saída.
O café da manhã é horroroso. Peguei um pão com cheiro fortíssimo. Sem contar que não tem variedades e se você quiser pedir algo que não esteja exposto você tem que pagar adicional.
A piscina não é o que vendem, é horrível água suja.
E alguns funcionários mal educados.
Parece que o hotel parou no tempo. O cheiro de mofo e coisa velha é pra todo lado.
Esse hotel sinceramente foi minha maior decepção de Teresina.
