I strongly advise against this place to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening. The owner turned out to be extremely ANNOYING, VULGAR and RUDE. His lack of respect towards customers completely ruins the experience. Furthermore, during our visit, we were verbally assaulted by him. Before this unpleasant episode, the bartender, apparently exhausted, ordered us to prepare our drinks so she could take a break. Despite her total LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, we tried to understand her and accommodate her. Rather than attacking his female customers and insulting them in front of everyone, the owner should simply review his staff and even his own place.

Structure that allows pets but with your dog you are not allowed to have breakfast with other guests! They made us sit outside in the 12 degree cold. At check out they even make you pay a 15 euro supplement for the dog!!!! Unacceptable! It's a shame because the facility is well-kept, clean and the breakfast is excellent! I recommend informing customers of these limitations at check-in.

Excellent hotel, new, modern, equipped with all comforts. Ideal for disconnecting from the stress of everyday life. Being outside the center of Bolzano (about 6/7 km), surrounded by nature, it truly represents an oasis of peace and tranquility. Varied and plentiful breakfast. The SPA area was splendid, the only flaw was that the heated swimming pool on the terrace was closed and in repair. I would have liked to have been informed at the time of booking because it significantly compromises the wellness area, especially for those like me who love hydromassage. Maybe I would have postponed the weekend date. My opinion remains absolutely positive, although I am disappointed not to have used this service, which is rather exclusive in the area and which had attracted my interest in the structure.

I stayed in this hotel because I was in Bolzano for work. The room was very large, modern and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was an added value. It is not the usual breakfast of a 4 star hotel but better with local products. I would go back maybe I hope to have more time to enjoy the spa too
