No reserves, no te dan posibilidad de cancelar y se quedan con toda la plata. Intenté hacer la reserva por teléfono 6 días antes y me contestaron que era problema de booking. Hice la cancelación por booking pidiendo reducción de multa y la plataforma permite hacerlo. Aún así el hotel se niega a devolver o cancelar.
