Séjour parfait le personnel de l’hôtel au petit soin même pour régler des problèmes lié à la location La dorade au restaurant était succulente et le personnel était très gentil et accueillant La plage était nettoyé ce qui après le cyclone nous a évité de nager dans la sargasse

Nous avons l’habitude de venir déjeuner dans ce restaurant. Je pense que quelque chose à changer. Service catastrophique du fait de la mauvaise organisation du personnel. Aucun plat de poisson à la carte pourtant au menu, ni de salades. Du coup, que des burgers avec des frites congelées de mauvaise qualité pour 20€ et brochette de crevettes à 26 euro. Le plat était composé de 3 crevettes carbonisées et d’un seul et unique oissou … une honte pour le prix et la qualité.C’est terminé pour nous on y reviendra pas.

Un week-end ressourçant, revigorant dans un cadre idyllique . Restaurant qualitatif de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert , plats goûteux, je félicite les cuisiniers Herman et Ludo. Le seul bémol est l'attente dû à un manque d'organisation du personnel saisonnier. Chambre propre et agréable comprenant une literie de bonne qualité , moi qui suis sensible des cervicales j'ai dormi comme un bébé , avec un réveil sans douleurs !!!! Petit plus : massage de Géraldine qui a été réalisé sur le deck face à la mer , que du bonheur .

Contact, accueil, cadre et service parfait pour notre journée sur Terre de Haut au restaurant le Bois joli. Cuisine raffinée et bien proportionnée. Accès gratuit à la plage de l'établissement et à la piscine. Je recommande totalement ce restaurant.

We arrived unexpectedly, we were very well received despite the fact that we were not guests of the hotel. I recommend the chiken hambuger which had an exceptional flavor with a very good mix of flavors. I highly recommend it.

The exteriors are magnificent and the rooms in the residence are suitable. During our stay, the special restaurant team was just great. Flat for welcoming and supporting people requiring special assistance. We ended our 3rd stay with a friendly driver and that made all the difference.

I had a serious car accident the week before our departure to Guadeloupe, multiple fractures to the vertebrae in the affected sternum. I am currently still in the hospital. My husband contacted all the hotels booked through ******* on what was supposed to be a wonderful trip. They all agreed to reimburse and submitted a cancellation request to ******* themselves except the Joli Bois hotel which refused. They have rules but it is still the only hotel that lacks such empathy for such a force majeure event.

Excellent stay; very welcoming reception. Fair value for money. As requested, we got a room high up in the "residence" part of the hotel where the views are fabulous! Comfortable room. Beautiful swimming pool and beach literally at your feet a strong point: free shuttle during the day to the village center (near where the ferries arrive). A word of advice: there is no point in renting an electric cart because it is very expensive and the island is small: with the shuttle and a bit of walking in 2 days you can see everything.
