Il pranzo piu assurdo e cattivo della mia vita Mi domando e dico se possibile scegliendo un menu degustazione di pesce e 9ricevere come primo piatto un animella di vetello (vecchia) con una salsa senza senso sopra Farsi dare un pugno nello stomaco era la solita cosa !!!!!! Pasta con creste di pollo e pesto ma su quale vangelo lo avete letto ? L unica cosa piacevole ....?la vista sulle colline pisane quando esci Se questa e l avangurdia della cucina italiana non oso pensare cosa mangeremo tra 10 anni !!!!!

5 stars for the view, location, tranquility, service, food experience. I had such as wonderful 2-nights stay at the suite ! After the hectic and exhausting museum hopping in busy Florence, we decided to drive a little bit further away in countryside to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Tuscany potscard countryside view. The location is not too far from Pisa airport, about 30 mins drive. It was so easy for me to drive back to Pisa airport on our last day. The suite is spacious, very clean and thoroughly designed to assemble farmhouse and modernity, which is inspiring. Each window in bedrooms have view towards the beautiful vineyard. In afternoon, we took a walk along the wineyard after wine tasting session in La Spinetta which is just across the hotel. The receptionist lady was so polite, came to our car and helped us with the baggage. The next day, i had to last minute changed my breakfast menu, and they did it without complaining! They are so professional and kind ! The hotel has also free access to steam bath room exclusively for the guests. It is very relaxing after whole day exploring the village. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was fantastic! Food is amazing, both of us are not fans of fine-dining but the experiences we had in Laqua rest. was worth it. We ordered ala carte, they are very professionals and explained us about the details of the food, recommended us a good wine which i really enjoyed to drink with my fish plate. Lovely dessert as well. My most favorite part of the stay is the fantastic room delivery breakfast ! I miss this a lot when i came home ! There are so many options to choose and it is all of high quality local ingredients , just melted in my mouth especially the breads and fruit juices. I would recommend Laqua vineyard hotel if you look for a convenient drive from/to Pisa airport and if you want to enjoy the magnificent vineyard stay, 5-star experiences with resonable price. The only downside is that the pool was closed when we stayed there in October due to weather. But we knew this before and have no expectation on it. Thank you Laqua for the wonderful service you gave us !

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Herzen der Toskana verlebt. Das Haus hat eine lange Geschichte und das Dorf hat seinen ursprünglichen Charakter behalten. Das Hotel und das Restaurant (einmal besucht) sind sehr modern gestaltet und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Suite Dioniso war sehr geräumig und fast schon zu gross. Wir haben es genossen und unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider führt der Aufzug nicht in die oberen Stockwerke und somit hatte unser 13jähriger Labrador seine Schwierigkeiten die Treppen zu bewältigen. Das Personal und der Service waren hervorragend und stets sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück auf dem Zimmer war prima, nur der Bestellprozess war etwas kompliziert und umständlich. Der Ausblick auf die Weinberge war traumhaft und die angrenzende Strasse hat kaum gestört.

E' stato un soggiorno memomarabile. Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per festeggiare il primo anno di matrimonio ed è stato tutto eccellente. La struttura è gestita da personale giovanissimo, ma del tutto all'altezza del compito. Accoglienza e disponibilità, attenzione al dettaglio e alle esigenze degli ospiti, qualità del servizio e della cucina, tutto contribuisce a un'esperienza di livello superiore. Una menzione a parte merita il lavoro dello chef Suriano, classe '91, che ci ha proposto un menù degustazione creativo e coerente dall'inizio alla fine, alla ricerca della giusta sinergia fra innovazione, tecnica, territorio e radici personali. In ultimo ringraziamento particolare a Nicole del centro benessere, non solo per la qualità del suo lavoro, ma per la sensibilità dimostrata e a tutta la squadra per averci fatto una piccola sorpresa a fine cena per il nostro anniversario. Ci avete davvero regalato dei momenti da ricordare per sempre.

Il fatto che raccontando l’esperienza vissuta al ristorante a maggio in questi giorni (agosto) io riesca ad avere ancora la pelle d’oca pensando all’atmosfera e a quello che ho avuto il piacere di degustare la dice lunga sul posto…Personale di sala encomiabile,attenzione e cortesia ai massimi livelli, la sommelier fantastica anche per aver sopportato le mie mille curiosità sui vini in abbinamento ,lo chef che ho avuto il piacere di conoscere al termine del pranzo carinissimo con gli occhi che (giustamente) brillavano nel raccontare i sapori della sua terra e la sua passione quasi quanto nel dirci di esser diventato papà da pochi giorni…esperienza assolutamente da ripetere,fosse per me anche ora!
