Una verguenza de habitacion, un pasillo de metro y medio de ancho con una cama ridícula de 80 y con vistas a un patio de luces. Este tipo de habitaciones no cumplen con un minimo de habitabilidad, no volvere a este hotel y desde mi empresa nadie reservara en este hotel.

Hice una reserva a través de Booking donde tenía un vale canjeable en este hotel. Cuando hago la reserva no especifica (Booking) que para hacer uso de este saldo, hay que hacer el pago en el momento. Cuando llegamos al hotel, me indican que el vale lo tiene que aplicar Booking, hablo con ellos y me indican que envían inmediatamente al hotel un email indicando que anulen la reserva y que se genere de nuevo para así poder aplicar dicho vale, la dirección del hotel se niega cuando a ellos no les afecta en nada. Vamos todos los años a Teruel y no volveremos a este hotel. LAMENTABLE LA POCA EMPATÍA

Muy buena ubicación y lamentable hotel, que tiene apariencia y servicios de hostal regulero. No tiene plazas para aparcar vehículo. Lo más lamentable es que ni siquiera te guardan en fin de semana el equipaje ni media horita en la salida. Mi habitación daba a un patio interior de vecindario y el mobiliario antiguo y muy insuficiente. La habitación limpia, eso sí. MAL en general.

Tal como describo en el título, bajo mi punto de vista, lo único que vale la pena de este hotel es su ubicación, que está en plenísimo centro de la ciudad de Teruel. No dispone de parquing, por lo que has de aparcar fuera y bastante alejado... El desayuno es muy, muy escaso y sin apenas variedad ( casi como el que harías tu en tu casa ) Las habitaciones, al menos la que me tocó a mi, se alejan muchísimo de las fotos que ofrece el hotel, con vistas a un sucio patio interior, bastante sencillas y anticuadas. La limpieza no es del todo mala aunque la verdad es que como todo el hotel está muy mal iluminado, no lo puedo asegurar al 100% Por último me queda por comentar la insonorización, que simplemente, no la hay... Bajo mi punto de vista, se asemeja más a un Hostal que no a un hotel. Para nada recomendable y mucho menos si vienes en familia.

Excelente hotel, tiene todo a favor, desde la amabilidad de su personal, el confort de la habitación y su ubicación. Estuve en una habitación individual, pequeña pero contaba absolutamente con todos los servicios, refrigerador, aire acondicionado, baño completo, escritorio, enchufe al lado de la cama, secador de cabello y artículos de aseo. Se encuentra a 300 metros de la terminal de autobuses y a unos 500 metros de la estación de tren. De la plaza del Torico está a unos pasos, y sobre la Rambla de San Julián ( unos 500 metros del hotel hay un Carrefour muy bien surtido). Recorrí todo caminando, de la plaza del Torico salen los free tours y el tren turístico. Lo recomiendo, me hicieron sentir como en casa. No contraté desayuno.
