What a fabulous hotel. There were 16 of us staying for two nights with a couple of rounds of golf. Not one of us found fault with the hotel and certainly rate it as one of the best we have visited. The staff, without exception were all very professional, polite and helpful. A credit to the hotel. The environment was relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant was fab and a massive credit to the chef and team. The pool and spa facilities were great. Golf course was challenging and enjoyable. Thanks, we will be back.

Sunday is Brunch (with a difference). Cod, curry, eggs, salads etc. The food is very good; my only criticism is that they are slow to replenish the dishes (self service) and you have to “request”. I don’t like waste which is understandable however replenishment would be better. Staff are very efficient and friendly. The dessert option is an extra.

Breakfast was a disaster. Never seen a more badly organised service. They cut out room service altogether. Restaurant was average/good. Room very nice indeed. Staff friendly. It is a golf hotel, and one should remember that when booking.

Lovely room with views over the golf course. Food very good. Comfort score reduced because we were evacuated twice in one night and spent an hour standing in the car park following a fire alarm. Staff seemed to have no clue what to do in an emergency

Lovely relaxing and comfortable hotel. An easy walk into Tewkesbury which has some lovely riverside pubs and the Abbey which is worth a visit The room was a decent size, lovely comfy bed and had everything you need for a short stay Breakfast was a very nice serve yourself buffet Did not use the spa facilities but played the little 9 hole par 3 course which I would say is ok for beginners. The main course looked nice from what I could see

Spent a couple of nights at this hotel as we were visiting the Malvern showground
Close by. The place was in very good condition and very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Spent two days at this delightful hotel. Warm welcome. Spacious room with comfortable bed and lovely views. Delicious dinner with a good choice. All the staff ensured us of a very memorable stay. To name a few, Maria in reservations could not have been more helpful. Daniella the very efficient restaurant manager assisted by Max. Olivia in reception, Sophie managing the bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stopover whilst driving from Scotland to Dorset. Our room had an external patio which we enjoyed in very fine weather. The golf course through the deer park looked in excellent condition. Dinner was simply great with Daniel looking after us and assisting our selections from the menu. We will return when next making our next 500 mile journey to Dorset.
