Donna & Quinn go above and beyond for me every time I visit. I visit often, and I've stayed in just about every hotel in Texarkana, and this one, by far exceeds my expectations. They are very friendly and accomodating every time. Housekeeping is topnotch. I stayed in a room that I had stayed in before "on my request". The remodel is beautiful! However, the blackout shade was placed below the top edge of the window and it was like daylight shining in. That is my ONLY issue. It just needs to be raised to cover the entire window. :) Thanks again and I'll be back soon!

Such a nice hotel experience! The staff is friendly, and Weston, the waiter/bar tender is top notch! The food is absolutely amazing, and there’s a waterpark right behind the hotel. Never had such a good night’s sleep at a hotel as we did here. I’ll come back for sure!

I Love The Jetted Tub , It's The Best I Texarkana !!! I Had Room Service And A Great Dinner With The Best Daquari !! I Actually Got A Little Tipsy , Lol !! Overall It Was A Great Experience Both Times I Rendezvoused In This Lovely Hotel !! I Will Definitely Be Back Again !!

The rooms were pristine and the service was top tier. Everyone was extremely nice!! I had to request a block of rooms at the last minute for a track event. They were very accomodating and I received the link the same day to deliver to my team. We will definitely do business with this line of hotels again.

100% satisfied with every single thing here!!!!!! Especially Mrs Monica from up front! Love the restaurant, it was beyond amazing and yummy! Sweet tea by Amy was the bomb!!!!!!! Would most definitely stay here again!!!! Anytime!!!!!!!!
