Dirty room and bathroom. We're not sure that the bed was freshly cleaned either. Hotel was in disrepair althroughout. Staff was friendly though.

We stopped on the way to Dallas to cut the drive down. Employees were great checking us in, nice bell cart to bring in the bags. Once we opened the door is when the disappointment started, obvious blood stains on the wall and lamp. Floor wasn’t very clean.

We're fairly certain that we were given keys to a room that someone was already in. As soon as I opened the door, I could see towels on the floor and it appeared to be luggage on the bed. We quickly to the lobby, a man and a woman were apologizing and said oh yes, housekeeping, they've made a mistake. Put us in a 2nd room.. it had a bit of a funky smell and it was 2 full beds, not the king bed I had requested.. which was disappointing. The breakfast wasn't anything special, so opted to go to Whataburger. Think twice before a staying here..

We arrived and was given a room with a broken air conditioner and broken phone, so we couldn’t call down to the desk. My husband went down to the desk, and they told him it would be a while, and he politely told them that doesn’t work for him. Five minutes later someone showed up to check it.out We were given another room with a loud AC that barely worked, but we were tired. It is an older hotel and needs to refurbished. It was clean for the most part. I chose it because the rating was good. The chair grossed me out from the first room though.

It took 3 people to check us in. The carpet felt like humidity damp. The was NO HOT WATER in the shower, it was Luke warm. But after driving 12 hrs, we had no other choice but to stay. The fabuloso the lady was cleaning with at 5am, smelt better than the room.
