The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.

I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!

Hey saurabh this side i was stayed at 1704 10th, 11th sept.. Front desk diksha and priyanka excellent and friendly for their service priyanka keep asking me home my stay is comfortable.... Priyanka is great bigg thanks for them my stay was excellent except Room AC and At your service.... I informed 2 Times for AC ....but still feeling hot... Daytime and night as well.... At your directly transfer calls without listening query and someone said we will give call back...then I am waiting 15 to 20 minutes for and they don't even called back....again i have to called them....

Very well kept rooms. Spacious and clean bathrooms. Pure veg food and it is excellent. Worth every penny spent here. Special mention of the staff, they’re courteous and very polite. The staff deserves an applause for keeping this hotel one of the best in thane.

This was a pretty new property has come up at a futuristic location. The staff are very much polite and hospitable. They give their best effort to make your stay memorable. Purva with whom I interacted before staying there, found to be a great human being, dedicated staff. They set up our room nicely to make our anniversary special. I must spell out other names such as Atul, Upama, Ramesh, Ananya, Sandip and Sajjal, whom my heartfelt gratitude. Sorry if I missed out anyone else. At last, if you are looking for a great property to stay around Navi Mumbai, then this place is highly recommended.

I wouldn't have achieved anything better than this at any other place if I had chosen. Keep up the good work Express Inn as this is not the only time I to have come as I'll be coming in most regularly, for you'll truly touched my heart. You'll bought in the smile that I had it long missing out in my life for quite sometime. A special word of mention goes for Lax*** from the Reservation Desk who did all kinds of workability for accommodating us, though being so very hard pressed because of year end scenario. The Front Desk ***ager Ms. Lovely who ensured to give all her care and attention throughout be that on our arrival until we leaving. She ensured to not get us disappointed anywhere to the extent of even accompanying ***** with us to our room. The Bar & Beverage ***ager - Keith who ensured to release out his time for us to interact with him whenever we were around to give us the much needed solace and laughter under his care and attention. Yogesh-The Bell Boy who is such a delight to be around with who not only holds an amazing personality but is one of the most sweetest of person I having met. A rare individual to be found these days who is so gentle, polite and highly comforting. Hope he achieves much more greater success in the hospitality industry unlike to what he is currently doing out of responsibility which actually doesnot justify to his personality which is meant for him to achieve much more bigger. The overall staff of Astria the in-house Restaurant which I can't express in words to what all they did forth in order to solve off our hunger pangs when we happened to miss out on the breakfast schedule. The House-Keeping staff too was always on their toes and readily available whenever we required of anything even though a whole lot was going at the same time at the facility especially of a certain VIP event. Lastly my word of gratitude even goes for the security personnels at the gate who remain energetic and most responsible throughout to cater to our car parking worries. Always more than ready to help & assist by providing timely valet services. May God bless everyone for Express Inn to become even more valuable to what it already is

The staff is very cooperative. The ambiance is very apt for Business meetings. Peaceful & Quiet Location. Easy to travel to Pune by road. Had pahadi food which was served as part of festivities. The linen used is always clean. The swimming pool at the top floor is always clean & ready to use.

GGuest UserHotel Archana Residency is amazingly beautiful with a soothing interior. I was there for my course, ***** with my mom and that place literally started to feel like home for us. I still remember we reached the hotel at around 4am, tired and sleepy but special thanks to Mr Vikas and Abul ji who made our check-in very easy, helped us with our luggage and without losing time, we were shown our room. The room was very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The housekeeping staffs, specially Mishra ji, Yadav ji, Abul ji were very efficient and attentive. We were provided plush towels and toiletry sets that they would replace every day. We stayed there for around 18 days and me and my mom had the most special vegetarian breakfast and dinner at their restaurant everyday. The food was extremely delicious, top notch and value for money. A big thank you to all the servers of the restaurant for attending to us with a great smile and hospitality and recommending the best food. Special thanks to Mr Mozumdar, who made sure that we get the best stay possible. Thank you to the watch*** chacha ji, who never missed a day to greet us by saying 'namaste' and always getting worried for us when we used to come late by asking if we had food. For me and my mom, that hotel started feeling like home to us. Thank you to all the staffs of Archana Residency for being so kind, welcoming and accomodating and for caring about our needs to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are from Mauritius and i can say, we were treated like family members, not guests and this will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving me and my mum the best stay of our lives and for taking care of us. If ever i need to visit Mulund again, without a doubt i'll stay over at Archana Residency itself. Limited underground parking. 2. Hotel refuses to book via mmt. 3. Clean renovated hotel, but not upto price offered. 4. Only thali restaurant available in hotel. 5. Morning bf buffet was okish

The hotel is at highway, so transportation to all places are very easy. We spend there 6 days. Our son liked the atmosphere very much. Thanks to everything Ved &Yogi team for everything.... I😄😄
