First of all i must have to mention that make my trip shows this property as 4 star but it is of 2 star as per google map and as per my experience. I repeat it's not 4 star by any chance. No packed drinking water provided in rooms, limited breakfast and dinner options. No fridge and soft drink in room. In short it's truly not value for money as well as comfort.

Very bad front office service, rude staff. There were no bath towels, when i asked they said they would keep in the room
when we returned there weren’t any bath towels then they refused to give bath towels stating that they hadn’t received laundry! when i went down to reception & shouted at 1am demanding for the same or a refund then they came & gave 2 in the other 3 people were there they gave only 2

Room had a weird smell that didn't go even after asking them to room freshener, food was good, not the experience i had expected from a place thats charging upwards of 5. 5k. Per night, balcony cannot be opened so minimal ventilation, don't fall for the trap of early check-in its a scam, they only give it to you on the basis of availability, buffet was closed because not enough reservation, but ordered food was tasty.

Hotel located on 10th to 13th floor of building, took some time to find lift, Face issues handling lift from GF to lift. room is spacious, city view, all items are working. Front desk is supportive, Room wise very good. Breakfast is very very limited, starts at 0815 am, few items (masala dosa, omlet) not available even at 0900am, Washroom behind front office (smell, unclean), is not clean.. Hygiene to be improved a lot

Location is quite easy, hotel is based at 10th floor and is quite well maintained. I took a suite and was very neat and clean, food was good and bf was also ok at this price
