I was here with my friends, and the stay was good and comfortable with all basic necessities. The best thing is, it is near to the santacruz station (just a 10 min walk. The cleanliness was okay (did find a few mosquitoes. The staff was really friendly and reachable at all times. Overall, a good stay ideal for 3 days/2 nights.

The rooms were too small with no ventilation poor breakfast service with poor blanket and bedding’s.

The hotel is difficult to access with straight 45 deg small staircase, too dangerous to climb up with luggage. Overall feel is also not good with lot of bed bugs, poor quality towel, poor housekeeping.

Good location and connectivity. Small rooms but neat and clean. The staffs are very helpful. Not very far from the us and uk consulates. Only issue is poor noise isolation. Good choice if you're on a short trip or coming for visa purposes.
