This hotel has booked 3-4 times by the company but the receptionist was very arrogance not listening any requests. The hotel was also not cleaned poor management.

Dated property, dirty fan, no hair drier provided on asking. Air conditioning not working properly, either cold or switch off, no automatic switching on off of air conditioning

Not worth for the money i paid. Almost wasted 5k for one night stay. Service and room was like average lodge. Double bed room given by joining two single beds, those were not even a-line. Also only one chair was available in the room. How can 2 person will have food ? are you allowing to have food by seating on bed ? on white bedsheet? called 4 times at the reception for the chair, and chair arrived after we finished our dinner. Pathetic experience, won't recommend to anyone. I wasted my money. Tbh i am thinking i donated those money.

No words. It was terrible experience. All things were very poor right from hygeine to food to quality of room. And they charged me 4500 for one night.

Good nice service from restraunt team. But front office staff is worst no manner how to deal with guest a *** sitting out side of reception area has no manners to talk. He didn't stand up for me when I visited property in hotel😡, And some ladies was there by name nayantara may be she was to rude at the time of check out. Such a horrible service I was staying in hotel. Location was good 👍

I was stayed twice here. First time room was given me nice but second time they have given very bad room after arguing and complaining they have given another one which is small but average.
