Location is excellent, didn’t try the food. The room has a strong deodorant smell which was irritating. Towels and bed linen were not upto the mark.

To be honest, the staff was excellent and cool, the only thing was that we booked a room for 3 guests and we were allotted small room in-spite the hotel has larger rooms

My experience is very bad. Room was not clean. Lift also under maintenance so service left is in use which was very dirty.

The rooms at vits sharanam were not the same as shown in the pictures. The room was stinking and the washroom was not clean. And the staff over there was completely unprofessional.
