Cancelled our booking at the last moment and moved us to a nearby hotel giving an excuse. They wanted to make more money from other guests who were willing to pay more. I made a ‘pay at hotel’ booking but they insisted on paying an advance directly to their account - outside of the travel booking app. They just make false promises and do not refund money. Management of the hotel is Fraud.

We had booked this hotel because of it being near to a concert location so that we could walk back after the event. But just the day before the concert they moved us to a different hotel far away. Me and three kids had to walk for long distances until midnight.

Location is good. Near to college. Lot of hotels and shops are there to take food and snacks items. Room is good and clear. Ac is good. I am not availed any services from hotel.

There is no proper working wifi, the room is full of water on the floor, and they are charging for water bottles also and they didn't give complementary breakfast but they charged nearly 7k for two days for single room

4. I recently stayed at a hotel that i would describe as good, with a slightly above-average experience. The service provided by the staff was quite good, and the room itself was comfortable and satisfactory. While there weren't any standout features, my overall stay was pleasant and met my expectations. Decent stay with good service and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed a comfortable stay with good room and service. Missing accessories, but working appliances. Parking was mediocre.
