Poor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

I m from #Thailand book Hotel in #india navi mumbai maharashtra, cbd belapur hotel name the park i am not happy due to below reasons
Hotel want make money not customers
I ordered water # evocus water of Rs 150 chargeable, but they refill only normal water and pack for me , very poor logic for earning money from foreigner
I already complained to hotel manager also not actions taken.
Hotel marketing front officer not helping me to rebook room today, ask for price hike , which impact bad impressions to me Hotel loyalty, Hotel wants, making money not customers, I had plans to visit next trip for 15 days with my family but can't stay here and advise to Thailand people don't book due to hotel loyalty not honor commitment to customers

I stayed at The Park, and it was one of the most luxurious experiences I’ve ever had. The room was impeccably clean, with high-end amenities and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the city. The staff was extremely polite, anticipating my needs before I even asked.The breakfast buffet was a culinary delight, offering something for every palate. I also dined at their fine dining restaurant, and it was truly a gastronomic experience. The spa center were highlights of my stay, providing a perfect escape. Overall it was a perfect experience

We had an amazing stay at THE PARK. It’s incredibly family-friendly. The suite was spacious and came with a kitchenette, which made meal prep for the kids so much easier. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including extra towels and snacks for the kids.The breakfast buffet had plenty of kid-friendly options, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend it for families looking for a stress-free vacation

We celebrated our daughter's sangeet and wedding at The Park on 21st and 22nd December 2024.It was a fantastic experience and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the events.I must specially mention Mr.Kunal Jhavar,Director Sales for all his efforts in ensuring that the events went smoothly.He was with us right from the planning stage,giving us tips and helping us with the correct vendors for our satisfaction.He was always just a phone call away and ever courteous..Thank you so much Mr.Jhavar.I would strongly recommend The Park as a Wedding venue. The decorators Jaideep and Vipul did a great job in giving us a great ambience and good Audio support..The transport person suggested by Mr.Jhavar,Mr.Ghule was also very helpful and prompt in his service.All in all an excellent experience..

The rooms are good...the food is awesome the live counter chef uzma make make delicious omlet...the ambience and staff behaviour is too professional..I would definitely recommend to visit this hotel if you are going to Navi Mumbai.....thank you
