Service is too bad. The dirty yellow towel can be cf or beef j also forced to pay the customer 1 I asked again if I was guaranteed to wash it out, the staff confirmed to wash it out. After I paid, I took the towel to the bar and scoop some of them with normal perfume without soap, it was clean and white. Wasting customers' time, taking the money naked. 150k k not much but the service looks really bad. Called the manager, I did not receive an apology and talked hard to hear. And annoyed customers.

My please to say that I appreciated to all room service staff, they are friendly and enthusiastic as it is a requirement as always in hospitality. But, unfortunate, there is 1 staff using bossy voice to command guest and she did not sanitize after answered phone call while assisting for PCR test. During this pandamic, we all understood what we need to do when we back to Viet Nam for vacation after work, how distance we need to keep to safe ourself and others. We all followed instruction and we paid high price for accomodation. So, please have the right behaviour, right attitude to treat every customer. Owner has been built nice facilities with location, please have a nice staff to credit your bussiness. Regards.

The family was satisfied with the schedule of 3 days and 2 nights. The weather was nice and the view from the villa was really nice. If you only spend time at the resort, I think it's a good resort resort. (It will vary depending on the season, but 5-10 months will be appropriate). There were a lot of people in Samson Beach, but the resort is a private beach that can only be used by guests. However, it seems a bit difficult to get out of the resort, so please refer to it.
It took me about two and a half hours to drive from Hanoi.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing to say that it was a 5-star resort, but it was okay, and we drove the car directly, so we went to a nearby Tanghua City (15km distance) restaurant and ate Chinese food. There is no seafood buffet for dining, and it seems to be a Vietnamese + Western style set (course) dish, but it seems to be different. By the way, you can have a light meal in the villa. We could use microwaves, ports, cup noodles, sunbans, etc.

On the day of 05/12/2023 we booked a delux room for guests. Kim Min ho went on 09/12/2023 with my hotel staff member was HANG HA Phuong and was confirmed successfully. but until 17 o'clock on 09/12/2023 my guests checked in, but the hotel side does not have a check-in with a glass because there is a late check-out guest, so it cannot be arranged. This makes my customers very angry and left. GGuest User1. An old hotel established in 2014, with old facilities, large rooms, balconies, a fairly central location, and catering facilities. We didn't have breakfast. But there are set meals delivered to the room for lunch and dinner, and the price is quite reasonable, about 80,000 dong (24 yuan). It is recommended to go to Zhonghua Restaurant.
2. The hotel provides motorcycle rentals, but the cars are quite bad, 200,000 dong/day, and it is not worth the money to take a taxi out.
3. There is a beach 20 kilometers away, and it costs 230,000 dong to take a taxi. It is quite beautiful. We just happened to meet the beginning of summer and the Independence Day of the South, and there were crowds of people.
4. When we came back to return the motorcycle, the girl helped us translate for a long time and contacted the car to Hue. One more word, Hue Ancient City is very beautiful/quiet/well managed.
