Over priced, this is strictly budget hotel. I was charged a bit premium (2600 approx, this is outskirts of kumbakonam, nearer to swami malai, patteswaram temples, on route to tanjore. When i went to check in, they were clueless, they took 30 min to adjust my bookings against another name and requested me to shift my room for next day, though thankfully they withdrew that request and let me continue in same room. Zero ventilation in ground floor.

The bed was too hard to sleep. Tv had no set top box. They charged high for that room i say. The blanket was not properly washed. Bitter experience we had for booking 2rooms.

Air condition malfunctioning, bed is dirty & can spot stains all over it. Bedsheets are horrible. Only relief is geyser was working and water was good.

I have booked two rooms but the property people given only one room after asking many times. I don't know whether it is hotel mistake or makemytrip mistake. I don't need. I was suffered alot like this. I am not interested to book in makemytrip from next time onwards. If room not available then you should not show that rooms is unavailable. Very worst this is.
