Wir wurden bereits beim Transfer zum Hotel, der 90 Minuten dauerte, um 23 Uhr vom Besitzer mit dem Auto vom Bus-Stop auf der Hauptstraße abgeholt, und auf unsere Frage, ob es noch eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen gäbe, mit der Antwort überrascht, dass der Koch auf uns wartet, und wir von der Karte bestellen könnten!! Das nenne ich ausgezeichnetes Service!!! Am Abend gab es jeden 2ten Tag Live-Musik oder ein kleines Programm. In die Stadt geht man 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kosten für die Liegen mit Baldachin wurden von den konsumierten Getränken und Speisen abgerechnet, und waren somit kostenfrei!! Wir haben uns herzlich willkommen gefühlt, wir wurden hervorragend betreut und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an den Chef und sein Personal! Liebe Grüße von Cristina und Peter

I was a guest in august 2024. This is very nice hotel, beatiful and clean beach with shower, excellent and various breakfast, nice rooms, good beds and pillows, a lot of trees. Very nice music during all day. Staff very nice and polite. I will come again.

Everything from the pool, to the food, the room, the customer service and environment is perfect! I really enjoyed my stay here, the special pizza is my favourite here! Mister Mario is a great man and I hope everyone enjoys their stay as much as me

Me and my family experienced a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was very pleased with all the services ( breakfast, cleaning, comfort). Everything was accesibile the beach, the pool, the food also which was perfect for our taste. The owner and his wife are beautiful and understanding people who are always there to help you with a smile on their faces! A well deserved 5 star review from us.

Kalimera! Our family had a beautiful vacation at The Grand Beach Hotel. We were welcomed warmly at the reception and had a good impression about everything else( the room was spacious and very clean, the beach is right in front of the hotel which comes in handy, the food was delicious). For us the Greek nights were best. Live music, traditional dances, great food, we had a great time! The staff is very kind, helpful, and receptive. We can't forget the owners which are always there for any help you might need.

A very great experience with so many wonderful people. Everything from the pool to the beach in the front was perfect. Also the food was delicious, we tried different types and the best in our opinion were the fish recipes. Thank you for this great experience, we will definitely come back!

Zimmer mit Terrasse und tollem Meerblick. Frühstück ausreichend, aber eher auf dem Niveau eines Mittelklassehotels. Hotel befand sich noch in der Saisonvorbereitung weshalb täglich gebohrt, gesägt, gearbeitet wurde. Das war sehr ungemütlich und sollte so nicht sein (haben wir in der Vorsaison auch noch nie so erlebt). Zimmerservice ist sehr ausbaufähig und spricht nur griechisch. Bei Fragen/Anliegen steht direkt eine Traube von Zimmerdamen laut und wild gestikulierend im Flur. Vielleicht sollte man dem Personal eine Übersetzungsprogramm auf‘s Handy machen (das haben die fast immer in der Hand). Generell empfanden wir den Service verbesserungsfähig. Zum Vorsaisonpreis, und wenn man ein Mittelklassehotel erwartet ist es okay.

I had a VERY BAD experience in May 2024 at Thassos Hotel Grand Beach, the room I was given was HORRIBLE, I am attaching a photo with "the view". Too bad the noise can't be reproduced also... The hotel is in very POOR conditions, the room and everywhere inside was smelling like CAT PISS, and the lady from the reception had a terrible attitude. We decided to leave to another hotel, even if they didn't want to refund any of the money we paid - not even the city tax... So imagine the DISSAPPOINTMENT we had if we just dropped everything we paid and moved to another place in the first day. RUN AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!!! There are so many other nicer hotels around, with better service.
