From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch service that made me feel right at home. **The Rooms:** The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the complimentary bottled water to the luxurious toiletries. Highly recommended. I stayed here Corner King Room with Waterway view Balcony for 3 nights. Love the food, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. I'd stay here again.

good hotels and room clean

Beware of the $25 resort fee. This is not a resort. Had I known that this place was an extra $25 a night, I would have stayed at another hotel. The fee is buried in the fine print. There is nothing "resort-like" about this place. It's surrounded by parking garages and next to a manmade ditch. There's a club attached to it so it is noisy. You do not get anything for the resort fee so it is basically a money grab.

I was originally staying at another hotel in the area, and let’s just say… it was less than great. After a frustrating first night, I decided to change my entire itinerary—and thank goodness I did. Booking into The Westin at The Woodlands turned my trip around entirely. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a completely different experience. The atmosphere is modern, calming, and upscale without being stuffy. The rooms are beautifully designed, super comfortable, and well-maintained. But the real highlight of my stay? Robert at the Sorriso restaurant. He was exceptional. Genuinely knowledgeable about the menu and wine/ cocktail pairings, incredibly hospitable, and made me feel truly welcomed. He wasn’t just providing service—he was creating an experience. You can tell he cares about what he does, and it made a huge difference. Not to mention, he was incredibly busy and still — calmly and genuinely — took care of all of his customers while making time to engage with the those of us at the bar. He is a 10/10 and could teach a thing or two about customer experience, multi tasking, and knowing the offerings so well to make recommendations. When I’m back in the Houston area, there’s no other place at all consider staying because of Robert and his service and hospitality.
