Staff members are so polite and supportive. Hotel is best in thekkady. Good ambience specially tea. Everything is best in hotel. According to price one of the beat hotel in thekkady. We love it

We stayed in the property as part of a family vacay. The rooms were clean and they provided us adjacent rooms as requested. The quality of rooms met or were better than the photos and were cosy. The room service and support from the staff was excellent as all of us unfortunately fell sick on the second day of our stay. Housekeeping also attended to our requests promptly. We hardly had the complimentary breakfast as we had fallen sick by then from our journey in the days prior, but whatever little we had was average.

Very good room. Neatly maintained. Friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is also good. Little pricey for a non ac room. Nevertheless, very good accommodation
