Our expectations were not high when choosing this hotel; and that's what happened. First of all, the location is perfect. Unfortunately, the room they gave us did not face the street and we were not happy with this location at all. The room was new, but the room facing the inside of the building made us unhappy. In general, the hotel was very clean. We liked the breakfast room, its varieties and the staff in the room, but I cannot say the same for the staff at the reception. They were generally indifferent. If you solve the issue of the room on the street side, you can stay.

Located in Tsimitski street hotel offers a quick walk to main interest points when in Thessaloniki. Partially renovated. Very polite service. Especially lady in the restaurant. Good breakfast and rich one. Ladadika district in a walking distance is another reason to stay in this hotel.

Although the accommodation is in a very good location, the room was one of the worst we have stayed in Thessaloniki. We had booked the vacation of August 15th, it was so dirty that at the point of cleaning it needed painting. The light switches didn't work and the shower phone was broken so we couldn't go in to take a bath. In addition, they had not given us sheets to cover ourselves, but quilts. And the rich breakfast they promised us, not only was it not rich but the employees cursed anyone they saw coming down to eat. Because someone might consider us excessive, we asked for a change of room and the guys at the reception said they would do their best, the result was that they ignored us and we were forced to go to a different accommodation, 5 minutes away, with more facilities such as a swimming pool, for the same money , too much variety at breakfast, kindest staff and the most basic underground parking within the hotel
