Our multi generational family stayed at this hotel while visiting Thimphu. It was low season so they generously upgraded our rooms. The rooms were quite spacious and well appointed. The staff was excellent and they had a good breakfast as well. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel to stay in when visiting Thimphu. Welcoming & helpful staff, huge bedrooms with fantastic views of the valley. I was there with a small curated group and all of us had a good stay and sleep. I think a couple had a massage in the Spa too after a long day sightseeing.

This is a beautiful hotel with huge rooms and very good food. we did not eat the buffet for dinner and the butter chicken and local ema Datshi made for a wonderful dinner with rice and bread. Beds were comfortable and it was a great first night in Bhutan. Staff was very pleasant. Lots of tour groups here and some were pretty noisy.

Le hall d’entrée de cet hôtel est magnifique, de même que les chambres qui sont immenses. La notre a même un petit salon ce qui est très agréable pour passer quelques heures dans la chambre pour travailler. Le service reste un peu compliqué notamment au restaurant car il n’y a pas l’ensemble des plats de la carte qui sont en réalité disponibles. C’est dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Par contre le buffet du petit-déjeuner est magnifique et il y a même des croissants .

Beautiful hotel, close to town with huge rooms! The bed was SO comfortable we slept better than we do at home! We had a corner room so had windows we could open for fresh air and views over the town. Nice little bar downstairs and nice food in the restaurant. We were here on Halloween-the staff had made really cute Halloween desserts.

The hotel room is spacious, new and clean. The bed, pillows and blanket are very comfortable. Food is good both breakfast and dinner. Hotel staff are very nice and very helpful. We stayed in the cornor room and the view from the room is spectacular.

The staff at this hotel was super attentive. They assisted me and my husband when he got sick and had to go to the emergency room. It was the staff who picked up the meds and the lab results. Management was concerned about my BP in the high altitude and brought the device to measure my BP. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very good.

We stayed at Norkhil as part of our tour company (Intrepid) and it was EXCELLENT. The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, balcony views to die for, a delicious international breakfast, and very friendly staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi - it’s good when it works, but coverage was a bit spotty at times.

Nice and cozy spacious room..had a pleasure working in this hotel as pre opening team..Nice terrace outdoor and beautiful view of the city from room. Good selection of international food especially indian cuisine is a must try ..
