Rooms are spacious. Seamless experience . Food price is bit costly but ok. Taste is also ok. Response from front office and other staff are prompt. The place is walkable distance from Padmanabha swamy temple, railway station etc. I visited the temple 4 times in two days and the time I walked only (I am 60,) can feel very safe with family.

The overall performance of Appollo Dimora is highly appreciable. Food, ambience, treatment of the staffs and managers are all highly excellent. We had booked the vegetarian food section and a very special mention is to be mandatorily made for the treatment of Mr. Shibu and Ms. Revathy. They both were that much very cordial, pleasant, friendly, caring and at the same time very understanding about our tastes in the food and dishes, and serving according to that. This hotel never fails to put excellent hosts and never dissappoints us. Overall Superb!!!

It is at walking distance from Trivandrum Central Railway Station and Bus Station. With moderate luggage, one may not need any wheeled transport to reach there. The steps leading to the Reception appears a put off. The rooms are well appointed and the service is excellent. The restaurant has excellent infrastructure. The staff at the restaurant, though very pleasant and helpful, appear a bit stressed to handle the customers when there is a rush. Food served was quite nice but there are some limitations regarding choices. The prices appear a bit more than it is worth but this is a reasonably good option to stay near Trivandrum Central.

I have just returned from my 2nd visit to Amara Ayurveda Retreat and I can only say it just keeps getting better. We were collected at Trivandrum Airport by the Resort's driver and arrived at Amara just 20 minutes later. We stayed in Amara 4 years ago before Covid and it was lovely to see the gardens matured and everything looking so beautiful. We had a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor the following morning and he prescribed a series of treatments for the next 2 weeks. It was a lovely surprise to see that Sunita (our therapist) was still working in the Ayurvedic Centre. My first treatment was a general body massage and I have to say it was the best massage of my life, Sunita is truly gifted and very nurturing. I had my treatment at 11am each morning and that left the day free to sight see, lounge by the pool or pop down to Kovalam Beach which was only 10 minutes drove away. Amara is so peaceful, nestled in the hills of Kovalam, the only sounds are those of nature. It was so relaxing to sit on our balcony (of our very large room) and watch the giant size butterflies and birds around the gardens. The selection of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent. We really enjoyed sampling all the local dishes, each one delicious and served by ever smiling staff that could not do enough for us. We will definitely not be leaving our return visit as long the next time! We arrived at Amara with aches and pains and left very relaxed, with supple limbs. Thank you to all at Amara. We hope to see you again next year for more of your unique TLC.

Niraamaya is a one of a kind resort with independent cottages with an open air bath facility in the solitudes and calmness of the beach. Customer care was excellent. They took care my wife when she was sick with herbal hot tea and homely food Kanji. could enjoy Bharatnatyam dance one evening dinner time at the restaurant. My daughter also joined the Yoga and Meditation sessions conducted daily. The front desk was very helpful and arranged their vehicle for us for a daylong trip. Will come again.

GGuest UserIn one word, Excellent. The service provided was excellent. You would feel it was a 4 star hotel. The best stay we've had while visiting India. Very clean and the deco is so pleasing to the eye.
The ***ager was excellent, so were the staff. The ***ager was very accommodating of our needs. Did everything to make our stay comfortable. No wonder the staff were so good. As for the chef! what can I say. Excellent. Meals were delicious and cheaper than eating out of the hotel. Wish I could have brought him back with me!!!
No hesitation to recommend. As I said, equivalent to a 4 star hotel

GGuest UserThe Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

Its location is strategically near the airport, but it is not as easy to figure out without the help of a Google Map. It is approximately 20-30 minutes' walk, with the last 7 minute stretch walking through small alleys. Nearest food is around 1km away.

The hotel's traditional Kerala architecture, characterized by wooden features, added a touch of charm to the overall ambiance. Situated just steps away from the pristine shores of Kovalam Beach, the location couldn't have been more perfect. The homely food served here was a culinary delight, offering a taste of authentic Kerala cuisine. Clean and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. I can't wait to return to Kovalam Beach Hotel for another memorable stay!

GGuest UserSouth Park is conveniently located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Secretariat and not far from the Sree Pad***abhaswamy Temple. We were allowed to check in more than 2 hours before the standard time, which was appreciative. Very good sized rooms, comfortable beds ***** with a clean bathroom. We were allotted a room on the 4th floor. Some of the furniture may appear old-styled though that is not a concern. The AC functioning was a bit of an issue which made the room very cold though the weather outside was quite the opposite. Considering the kind of place, the food especially the breakfast, though not bad, could have been better. May not be a bad idea to stay here and try other better food options in the city, which are not too far. The hotel staff was co-operative and prompt in attending to regular requirements. A good stay option to consider when travelling to Thiruvananthapuram.

GGuest UserThe location is good and the hotel is just fine. Need some renovation around the path leading to beach. ***y opt for this location for ease of access to beaches, if that is not maintained it will lead to disappointment.
The SPA is not per the expectation and the maintenance of the spa is very bad. Food is above average. The buffet breakfast is fine but lacks variety for those staying longer. Overall it was a good experience. The attender at the pool Mr. Babu is very good, he should be awarded for his fine service. Overall the hotel staff are polite and well ***nered and hear to our concerns.

GGuest UserThe welcome was not ageable. While they handed us the room, they invited us to have a drink in the hotel restaurant, we asked if smoking was allowed and they told us there was no problem. Another English guest sitting at the other end of the restaurant got up and complained about the bad taste of the tobacco. A blonde lady (not Indian) came and asked us to go outside, later we discovered that she was the owner but she never introduced herself, she welcomed us, she never even said good morning and she was never interested in how the stay was. The rooms are nice and clean mini villas but the mattress is so hard that you prefer to sleep on the floor. The restaurant food is good, the restaurant service when they are not on the cell phone are friendly. It is close to the cliff but the roads to get there are very narrow and full of mud. They don't have lighting so you have to use your cell phone flashlight. The general space of the villas is nice but it lacks maintenance. There are ***y cheaper accommodation options on the cliff that I think may be a better option.

GGuest UserI had been a regular here earlier and used to love this place. Am getting a room here after 6-7 years. The good news is that it seems that the hotel has been really upgraded. Excellent reception, nice well appointed rooms and great ambiance. The rooms are well appointed and the restaurant is, as always, tops. This is one of the best places to stay while in Trivandrum. The prices are OK due to the excellent facilities and services. The location as is well known, roughly opposite TVC Railway Station and adjacent to Trivandrum Central KSRTC Bus Station which adds immense value.

GGuest UserThere is nothing good to write about the hotel except its location. The quality of room needs huge attention by the ***agement. Dirt is easily visible at various corners of the room. It seems as if no one ever pays attention to cleanliness of the rooms. Coming to the room service, it seems no training is provided to the staff! When ordering food for in-room dining, how can your staff bring the Roti or any Indian breads without it being wrapped in aluminum foil or in any container? They serve it without covering it with anything. I have never seen any hotel serve food like this. Coming to the swimming pool timing. The hotel has the worst timing for its swimming pool. One cannot swim after 6pm and before 11am. They expect people to swim when it is scorching hot. People visit resort for leisure, but they do not allow them because of some weird reasons. How do you expect small children to swim when it is so hot? Very disappointed. I raised the complaint to the front desk, but their response was rude and highly disappointing. Talking of the breakfast, it seems they are doing a favor to their clients by providing such kind of menu which has hardly anything to eat.
