We had a good stay. Room was clean. But the bathroom tap was broken. The swipe card of the door was not working due to software issue. We needed both a physical key and swap card. However around the hotel there are very good restaurants l. So getting good food was easy.

Food was not as good as it was last year had booked one room for three but was given a smaller room which had hardly any place to keep the third bed. When housekeeping did not respond had asked the waiter to get some coffee sachets but he ignored them. Not pleasant nor an unpleasant stay over all

I have booked 3 rooms in hotel. All rooms were very nice, cleaning in very nice. All hotel staff very politely speaking. Only their restaurant have some problem regarding services, they were very slow in service.

Lot of things needs to be improved. No fridge in the room. Being rated as 3 star, it requires better facilities. Location is very ideal. Lot of room for improvement. There was no fridge, although there is space for that. Staff is very good and courteous. Food is good.

It's a good maintain hotel. For family it's a nice stay. Hotel ah s resturent. But quality is average. Trivandrum central railway station is just five minutes by walk. Even ksrctc bus stand just next to the hotel.
