The bed is not good they giving as twin bed as kingbed and its separating while we sleeping as also back pain

I would 11 out of 10. The stay was excellent comfy and enjoying. We were there for a trip. The front desk was polite and helping. They assisted us with places and conveyance. We took a taxi for the beach visit very reasonable rates. The location of the hotel was a peaceful place. The ola was always available. The food was awesome. Specially the kerala food.

The hotel is located between pattom. Easy to access from central trivandrum. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms was really clean and maintained well.

Overall experience was good. The ambience, staff, v good furnishings. The receptionists attitude and behavior and response very good. The toilet bathroom v neat and stylish and clean. Free breakfast good and convenient. Recommend cassia to all who come to trivandrum. All the best.

The property is situated in the heart of the city, conveniently located near the railway station. The reception is very friendly, and the amenities are modern and well-maintained. Moreover, the room is spacious and elegantly designed. The bathroom is immaculate and odorless, contributing to a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience. Everything e
