The room was just ok, not very spacious. The hotel lacks the basics of hospitality. 1. The door stopper was not working. 2. The shower gel was empty at the time of checking in, it was replaced only after i called to the reception the next day. The tv was also not working. It was mentioned to a room service staff, who told that he will inform it to the concerned person, but nobody came to rectify the issue. 3. And the strangest thing is this hotel charges 3 times rate for every bottle of mineral water they serve to room. Usually all the hotels provide 2 bottles of mineral water free of cost. At the time of check out only they informed that they charged for all the water bottles they provided that too at a premium rate comparable to that of five star hotels! if they charge a premium rate they should provide a service for it. This hotel lacks it. Disappointed stay.
