This is the 3rd time I am visiting Yo1 (the 1st 2 times were with my hubby) and I can't say enough about this gorgeous facility with amazingly hospitable staff! I couldn't wait to come back to recharge, which successfully happens every time I come here! Suzana at the front desk is exceptional and always does all she can to help her guests and accommodate our requests, as we have experienced repeatedly! That goes for all the staff members: Trish and Michael at the front desk, William the massage therapist, Robert the dining room host, Gianna and Evan the wait staff, Turgay the chef, Tish the Yoga and Meditation instructor, and Hay the Asian lady in charge of the Juice Bar, all exceptional who go above and beyond to make our stay as best as possible. The facility is top notch with every room offering a serene and spa-like ambiance, immediately calming every nerve in our body. The Prana room, which is the room used for meditation and yoga (both exceptional offered by Tish who is truly a specialist in this) is huge and overlooks the lake, as do most of the rooms, including the dining room and guest rooms. The suites offer a balcony with Adirondack chairs where we can sit in private and relax or meditate, or simply enjoy the peaceful lakeview. The bathrooms even offer a bidet toilet, and a steam shower which allows you to be able to tolerate a cold shower (which is great for us) because of the hot steam. It is heavenly! Yo1 offers everything one needs to relax and unwind. We get the base price with only breakfast included, and there are so many amenities included!...There is a large hot tub (big enough to swim in and warm up your muscles) with a forceful waterfall (perfect for getting a massage on our neck and shoulders), which is adjacent to a huge pool. Going from the hot tub to the cool/cold pool is known for relieving stress, and we do this repeatedly to remove every ounce of stress in our bodies, which is so much needed before heading back to real life! At the sides of this huge room (did I mention it faces the lake as well?), there are pebbles of all shapes and sizes you can walk on as acupressure for your feet with rails you can lean on for support if needed. They thought of everything! In the locker rooms, there is a steam room which is gorgeous, adjacent to a sauna, which are across a small cool/cold tub where again you can go from hot to cold and vice versa for stress relief. There is also an infrared sauna available. They even offer disposable swim suits! Though we have towels, robes and slippers in our rooms, there is an ample supply of each in the locker rooms. The juices offered at the juice bar are healthy and delicious and Hay is so sweet. Everything is spotless and everything offered is for the sole purpose of bringing serenity back into our lives. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility. The lush surroundings, coupled with the peaceful ambiance of the resort, immediately set the tone for a restorative retreat! My check in process went smoothly thanks to the amazing workers! I was so happy that they also catered to my diet restrictions. My favorite was the pool! So gorgeous! My experience here was amazing! Starting from check-in I met Front Desk manager who was very welcoming and very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay as well as all the services I wanted. I couldn’t ask for a more welcoming presence. I work a very stressful job so being able to relax and not have to worry so much was something I needed during my stay and is what I got. I felt like a brand new person walking out. Thank you so much for making it a memorable experience. I will definitely be back and will recommend to my colleagues.

The service was absolutely incredible. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and if I had a question, it was answered quickly. The staff are absolutely incredible and very professional and go out of their way to help you in any way possible 10 out of 10 I will be coming back. The service provided were well explained, and we’re done with absolute professionalism. The food was fantastic. The menu was different every day and had multiple options to choose from in the staff was always checking in to see if there was anything else that they could do. This health treat was a blessing in disguise. I stayed there for a week and overall had good experience from starting day with Yoga/walking/massage/acupuncture/mud therapy along with a four day diet rejuvenated myself. The staffs were knowledgeable/skillful providing treatments. Now I follow the Yoga routine and stretches as part of my daily life. I recommended three friends who had a good experience as well! I have had a follow up stay recently as well. The place is second to none and I would definitely recommend this place to reset/destress/gather good health habits to impart in our daily routine.

Their genuine care and attention created a welcoming environment and allowed me to relax and prioritize my health. I left YO1 feeling rejuvenated. I’ve found a new hobby, yoga!
