General speaking, a pleasant stay, good to have the small shopping mall nearby, and lots of options for Korean restaurants around. Not super well connected, so better to have a car if you are planning to go around.

No room service was provided. When asked for two empty cups they refused. Very bad customer service. On the the third night we faced too shitty smell came from the air vent.

Very nice stay! Free breakfast and the room is very clean. They also upgraded my room for free. Definitely will come back next time!

Kitchen should provide pots and pans, plus dishes, plates, knives and forks should be provided. When you travel, most people have no intention to buy for several days usage.

Good location, good view, good service, but need to improve quality of breakfast.

Room was a big surprise it was basically an apartment with washer and dryer. the check in is confusing and difficult as well as parking, It would be much better with instructions when booking

The gym was just opened after long time closing. The service is fair and acute. Breakfast items are not that great but average breakfast such as toast and coffee, fruit cups and sweets. I wish the hotel change the menu once on a while.

Really nice suite

The room is bigger than expected, with complete facilities and a kitchen (but no dining utensils). There is a Korean supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The 12th floor is the lobby for check-in, and you have to wait for the elevator to go up and down. There is breakfast, and the American breakfast is also quite complete. It is suitable for family stays. There is a gym.

The hotel service is very poor, no Chinese service, breakfast is terrible, the room is basically not cleaned, cleaning requires tips, bad attitude, things are lost in the hotel

There is a Chinese supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. It is best to clean the room by yourself.
