Old apartment with the curtains had holes. The bathroom was broken I couldn’t flush it and the TV didn’t have a remote control, I had to plug out to turn it off. The air conditioning worked well and the shower was very good too. The shower had great pressure. The bed was comfortable.

My Honest and fair review. #1. Check Out is 11 AM Sharp, if you don't they will come Knock Hard and charge you a late fee. #2. Lot's of Strange Characters hanging around.#3. S.P. like to make loud Noises late at night, i.e. Up to 2:45 AM. #4. Things were Broken and Dirty in the room, i.e. Cigarette burns in the sheets. Over all it was $68 a night, I knew what I was in for, but I won't bring my girl here. My issue of getting charged for getting out of the room at 11:04 was resolved by a Red Roof person named Shalimar Narvaez because I made a long phone call and asked to please speak to a Supervisor. It was refunded promptly, although the front desk lady was rude about it when I spoke to her. The place is dysfunctional but if I needed a cheap place to stay close to Denver I would stay there again maybe with my own sheets.

They stole my deposit on a 2 day trip and I couldn't get my money back. They were "overbooked" and when I arrived and now I'm seeing this is a common scheme they are trying to pull at this location. I asked for proof on paper that they were overbooked but they wouldn't do that. I asked so i could dispute the charge and they probably knew that.

All bad place nothing good there

We booked the night and when we got there we said I was 18 and she won’t let us get the room cause we where not 21 but it still let us book it I need a refund

Other than be being harassed by police officers on several occasions and all I did was get in my car to leave to go get dinner. There’s no coffee here room service is lousy definitely get what you pay for.

These reviews say it all. And nothing still hasn’t changed like they say in the replies. This hotel clearly does not care aabout how DISGUSTING it is. Almost all my towels were dirty and my bed had stains all over. Do they even clean ? It smelt so gross there. I will never stay there again. Was ridiculously priced and not worth it at all!

I stayed here for a month for work & they allowed homeless people to make noise all night. I had a few throughout my stay knock or attempt to open my door. They also allowed kids to be unattended, run the hallways & play loud music. The drug activity here is unbelievable, along with the theft of property. I’ve had my mail stolen by the employees & the security that works here barely move to make any checks. Tried calling corporate and got put on hold, still waiting on a call back. This place is totally unprofessional.

To start with, heater in room not working. After 3 times changing out the unit, the heater would quit working (the heating and cooling units needed NEW heating elements not jerry rigged). Front desk could not fo anything gor me nor offered to give me my money back. I had to have a friend bring me a space heater to warm the room as it was going to be in the single digit temps that night. Bed hard. Homeless walking around property. Elevator smelled like piss. No property management managing the property, just people there collecting a paycheck.
